Project Sales Manager (Lighting and Electrical)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • JOB SUMMARY
  • Manage and supervise Project Sales Team of 2 to 3 members within a division for the whole country or nation-wide sales coverage. This position needs to have an Electrical & Electronic Engineering background or skillsets from a tertiary education.
  • Develop and find new business opportunities by seeking new potential clients and key account customers such as developers, main and sub-contractors (including MEP contractors), panel builders, lighting designers, interior designers, and maintain good relationship with MEP consultants to obtain leads and project references.
  • Assist clients/customers to fulfill/meet their product specifications or sometimes assist them in giving some technical advice on products and/or system, helping them in constructing their BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for any new projects, if any, and within own technical capability.
  • Prepare proposal or quotation offer to the clients/customers with the aim to close sales deal.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Project Pipeline Report to the superior, in order to update the project status and follow-up with necessary actions.
  • Coordinate with other functions (HQ in Singapore, Finance and/or Supply Chain) and principals/suppliers, in managing supply chain and logistics requirements to meet designated project deadlines.
  • Take full responsibility to achieve annual sales target and project channel profitability.
  • Ensure sales collections are collected on time as per the credit term given to the customers.
  • Guide, train and support the project team members to accomplish your jobs/assignments.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical or product training to the divisional sales staff.
  • Other jobs assigned by the superior(s).
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in E&E Engineering or equivalent, is an added advantage.
  • More than 8 years of work experiences in related field, with at least 3 years in managerial role.
  • Ability to communicate, convince, influence or persuade investors/developers with proposal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think outside the box.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess a reasonable negotiation skill.
  • Possess an effective time management skill.
  • Possess problem solving skills (consolidate difference culture, business model, handling customer complaints with fast reflection and always able to provide alternative solutions to the problems).
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated and self-confident, with patience in winning trust from people.
  • Good command of English and Khmer, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Willing to travel to provinces and/or overseas for work related matters.
 
 

Assistant Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assistant trade marketing manager is responsible for developing trade marketing plans to meet the business objectives. S/he is the person who leads the total marketing activities: planning, deploying, monitor the execution and evaluate the result.
  • Grow top stores by creating and executing Top Stores Program
  • Building off-take from stores via an effective demand creation plan
  • Deliver sales target by working closely with sales manager and sales supervisor to provide necessary supports

Requirements:

Sales Supervisor (FMCG and Lubricant)

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To supervise and guide sales representatives those are under their assigned areas.
  • To execute promotional and merchandising activities in the outlets.
  • To plan and implement on-premise promotion through the sales representative.
  • To manage distribution channel to achieve overall company objective.
  • To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Performance other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related fields.

Brand Activation Supervisor (Beauty Product)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead Brand Activation team (Olay brand)
  • Monitoring strengthening on field coaching to BA by daily visit to BA store
  • Lead and assist in implementation BTL (Brand Olay) to trade level nationwide
  • Coordinate on soft skill training in product knowledge to BA & sales team
  • Update all information required (competitor activities, price survey, planogram, merchandiser)
  • Push on consumer conversation & recruitment for Olay Brand
  • Other assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Experience in Lead/Monitoring big team (BA team is preferable)
  • At least 3-4 years in similar roles or business category, especially beauty skill
  • Be able to work under pressure and ability to work with seller/retailer/team
  • Be able to responsible on trade strategy to grow skin business in local context
  • Ms. Office is advance
  • Fluent in English/Be able to translate train material from English to Khmer
 
 

Sales Executive
