Insurance Specialist

Position Summary

The Insurance Specialist is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with branch sales and service teams; thus, we are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • On the job you will: 
  • The Insurance Specialist is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients  
  • Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions to address client's protection, and long-term saving needs  
  • Strengthen the long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service  
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Specialist, Call Center Representative

Position Summary

Specialist, Call Center Representative duties and responsibilities include:

Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Building Relationships, People Skills, Problem Solving, Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening, Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively stress tolerance, high energy level.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • On the job you will:
  •  Handle customer inquiries both by telephone, email and other means of communication
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls such as and not limited to Customer welcome calls, premium reminder call, and lapsed survey call
  • Answers customer inquiries by providing valid and accurate information on a first call resolution
  • Follow company’s call “scripts” when handling different types of calls
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives if cannot resolve during the first call, escalate unresolved problems immediately to management and follow up to ensure resolution is met
  • Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile to provide pleasant customer experience
  • Maintains call center database
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports such as monthly report, weekly report and daily report
  • Update the complaints log
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Specialist, Compliance

Position Summary

Specialist. Compliance will be responsible for legal review and advice and identification, management and resolution of compliance-related issues in referring to legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies at corporate, regional and local levels. He/ she reports to Legal and Compliance Manager.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • On the job you will:
  • Review legal related documents e.g. contracts, agreements
  • Carry out research and provide interpretation and advise relating to applicable regulatory changes and updates
  • Review new business opportunities to ensure that compliance risks are identified, and proper controls are established within the business
  • Monitor the implementation of regulatory compliance related policies and procedures including AML, ATF, Anti-bribery & Corruption, Record Management, Privacy, etc.
  • Monitor effective tracking system for compliance metrics and database
  • Organize and conduct any in-house training if necessary
  • Perform other duties assigned

  • Perform policy assign servicing for both Agency and Partnership channel
