Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Input data into database.
  • Prepare engineering document.
  • Report medical equipment report.
  • Key PR, PO for office supplies.
  • Check engineering equipment.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Sex: Male/ Female
  • Associate degree, bachelor degree in administrative, accounting, medical equipment, electronic or related field
  • Experience in 1 or 2 years is advance.
  • Understanding of admin job.
  • A commitment to excellent service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Be able to speak English, Thai is advance.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
 
 

Biomedical Engineering

Position Summary

  • Inspection, maintenance, repair equipment and medical equipment.
  • Record and evaluation according to the form specified.
  • Provide instruction on how to use and maintain properly and securely to users.
  • Control medical equipment in Royal Hospital.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Sex: Male
  • Diploma in Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Biomedical Engineer or related.
  • Work Experience in Engineer, Biomedical Engineer 1 or 2 years.
  • Good at admin jobs.
  • Can speak Thai is advantage.

Senior Inventory Supervisor

Position Summary

Location: Royal Phnom Penh Hospital

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient flow of all shipments and inventory of all products on monthly and annual basis.
  • Identify and deliver quality checks according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory control all pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical inventory.
  • Checks quality products and maintain record of all receipts.
  • Monitor and validate all inventories, perform cycle count of all products and perform monthly short dated checks report to manager.
  • Maintain stock at appropriate location in warehouse and rotate stock to remove all old stock.
  • Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures.
  • Maintain and evaluate inventory records on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare stock status reports and prepare reports for all shortages.
  • Maintain inventory of all office records and sales orders and compare current inventory and evaluate all stock to ensure absence of all discrepancies.

  • Year 2 degree or bachelor in health science, Pharmacy, Nurse, management or related field.
  • Experience in stock control pharmacy is advance or experience in management.

Senior Laboratory Supervisor

Position Summary

Location: Royal Phnom Penh Hospital

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Control and develop analysis procedure to increase the efficiency.
  • Manage and support analysis procedure. And prevent any risks that may affect the operation of laboratory.
  • To ensure that the Departmental Quality Management Plan is being followed.
  • To report monthly staff meeting.
  • Collaborate in developing staff education programs.
  • Motivate and communicate with team to enhance understanding of company policies.
  • To take an active role in the Staff Performance Appraisal Program.
  • Manage staff and well plan for the roster.
  • Supervised, Counseling and to help resolve any problems in order to achieve KPI.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Nation: Thai
  • Bachelor degree in Laboratory, Management, Nurse, Doctor, Administrative.
  • Work Experience in management, laboratory supervisor is advance.
  • Can speak Khmer is advance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build relationship with other.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
