Announcement Positions

Head of Internal Audit (01 position)

Position Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Head of Internal Audit will be mainly responsible to oversee and supervise the audit team to investigate all the reports, policies and procedure must be complied by the company. He/she will work directly with the HOD and related department managers. He/she should have a strong understanding on how to manage and lead all auditors to complete all auditing projects.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepares and improves the strategy, long term and annual audit work plan according to existing risk profiles and company business plans
  • Prepares the budget plan of Internal Audit Department, including estimation for salary and benefit, staff resources, trainings, travels, and supports of audit work
  • Develops and updates an Internal Audit Manual, audit programs/checklists and working papers
  • Manages, supervises, and reviews the work of all Internal Audit Staff
  • Performs unannounced audit, special examinations, fraud investigations, and assignments at the request of management, board, or staff
  • Provides technical and administrative supports to the board audit committee as needed
  • Conducts yearly evaluation on audit performance to ensure that audit activities add value to the work and activities of company
  • Plans, recruits, motivates, and manages Internal Audit Staff, to ensure the efficiency and adequacy of internal audit activities
  • Provides orientation and annual trainings for Internal Audit Staff to keep competency
  • Conducts performance appraisal for Internal Audit Staff, including setting performance objectives and regular monitoring
  • Coordinates with external auditors, bank supervisors, and other external assessors and evaluates when required
  • Provides the internal audit reports to management and audit committee
  • Consults with management staff of the organization and staff on improvement of operation and other issues
  • Designs and implements the Company’s annual audit plan, structured around audit engagements in order to address the risks incurred by business operations;
  • Leads team to complete audit assignments as stated in the approved Audit Plan/ directed by Head of Internal Audit
  • Plans, controls and performs audit assignments in adherence to the internal policies and procedures, rules, regulations and guidelines issued by the regulatory authorities
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Related field is still preferred
  • At least 5-year experience in auditing or financial management
  • Strong knowledge of internal control structures, and management skill
  • Good understanding of the national legal framework, including taxation and legal compliances
  • Integrity, honest, and principled individual
  • Able to make sound judgments, relevant and practical recommendations
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach and train others
  • Willingness to travel to provinces for audit, evaluation work, and other assignments

Branch Manager (01 position)

Position Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Branch Manager will be mainly responsible for leading the Sales Team to reach the branch’s KPIs as set by the company and the overall management of the branch functions. You will work directly with the OM and related department managers. You should have a common understanding of sales strategy and management, dealer relationship management and branch management in financial institutions.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Sales and Dealer Management:
  • Directs and manages the Sales Team to ensure the branch achieve the KPIs as set by the Company
  • Supervises the sales activities (the Application and the Disbursement process) to make sure the standard turns around time is well implemented
  • Coordinates training/coaching/meeting activities to improve Sales Teams’ skills and efficiency
  • Monitors, feedbacks, and reports all market information and competitor activities to HQ
  • Consults with the Operations and Sales Manager to propose a proper promotion for the branch in order to boost sales and take advantage of competitors
  • Collaboratively manages customers' and dealers’ relationships to deliver high-quality customer experience, loyalty and ensure long-lasting relationships
  • Recruits new dealers and maintaining the Leasing Ratio followed by branch KPIs as set by the Company
  • Leads team to provide i-Finance’s process/product education to dealers on a regular basis
  • Consults and gains support from Operation Manager and Sales Manager for a proper countermeasure to improve the poor performing dealers and regularly follow up the result.
  •  Overall Management of the Branch Function included:
  • General Operation Process Management of the Branch
  • HR and Administration function of the Branch
  • Account and Finance function of the Branch
  • Cash Management function of the Branch
  • IT & Security Management function of the Branch
  • General Audit and Compliance issue function of the Branch.
  • General Branch’ Marketing Management
  • Increase the company’s Branding and brand awareness at the Dealership level
  • Consults with Operation Manager and Marketing Manager to produce Marketing Material, display the POP material at dealers and control the branch marketing material stock
  • Supports the Marketing Manager and branch staff for the Digital Customer conversion process.
  •  Other assigned task by management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Economics or Related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in branch management in the financial institution
  • Strong experience in Sales and Dealer Relationship Management is a plus
  • Self-starter
  • Mature disposition with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Call Center Supervisor (02 positions)

Position Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Call Center Supervisor will be directly responsible for all company’s products and information by communicating, telephoning, uploading and supporting to all existing/new customers who are willing to ask, know, apply for its leasing products. He/she would inform directly to Supervisor and Manager.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Leading Call Center team and provide standard answer script to customer.
  • Control on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Call Center Report.
  • Handles and answers all inquiries and questions from customer
  • Delivers and explains the detailed information of company’s products to customer
  • Monitors and overviews the overall notifications on social networks such as Facebook,…
  • Be responsible on how to deal and communicate with customer though phone call
  • Uploads and manages all the posts on social networks
  • Creates the daily, weekly, and monthly social network report to manager
  • Prepares the budget plan for posting on social networks
  • Builds a following for brand on social media with creative wordings
  • Competitor Survey monthly and quarterly

Underwriting Officer (05 positions)

Position Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Underwriting Officer will be able to tackle critical projects and problems without oversight. He/she must be an expert in marketing and sales, including experience developing and implement the marketing strategies, managing teams, brand building, and social-media marketing campaigns.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Gives the final approval on leasing appraisal
  • Trains and instructs, especially leads Senior Underwriters and Underwriters, based on required tasks to build up their capacity for financial lease analysis and to ensure they are complying with our company policy accurately
  • Identifies and assesses internal and external issues which will be affected to underwriting department by conducting a regular meeting with senior underwriters to receive their reports and problems, and find a solution with Underwriting Manager
  • Assists Underwriting Manager in implementing overall underwriting tasks towards the speed, at the same time with the quantity and the quality of financial lease approvals
  • Develops and updates the manual, procedure, policy, guideline of underwriting department by working closely with Underwriting Manager
  • Makes and sends the reports of underwriting department to all managers or relevant managements
  • Other related tasks assign by Head of Department.

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master degree is a plus
  • At least 2-year experience in Underwriting and leasing industry
