Reporting to: CTO
- Developing, programming and coding of technological hospital/healthcare products project solutions;
- Participating in unit testing and maintaining of planned and unplanned internally developed applications;
- Writing code for complex designs of hospital/healthcare products project and other projects;
- Providing input to and driving programming standards;
- Serving as lead liaison to vendors as assigned;
- Scoping time and resources required to complete programming projects;
- Seeking review from other IT professionals or Project Managers on estimates;
- Incorporating other Developers’ scope information into own scope document (for integration points);

Flutter Developers (02 positions)
Reporting to: CTO
- Design, build and maintain high performance and reliable Android/iOS application.
- Translate designs and application wireframes into quality code.
- Work with product development team to analyze, design & plan on new application features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize application efficiency and performance

Business Supports Advisors (02 position)
Reporting to: Business Supports Manager
- Being a focal contact person of clients for any concerns of their business support in the use of any system software of FWTA
- Listen to their business requirements and then write them down to be shared with Business Development and Marketing Team and Technology Development Team and the Management Team of FWT for solution
- Collect all requirements of clients in according with their business development/uniqueness and then key them in the requirements system for Business Development and Marketing Team and Technology Development Team and the Management Team of FWT
- Develop training materials and programs for assigned clients after the license use agreement signed
- Provide training and strengthen capacity of all system users of clients on how to use the system and keep ongoing technical backstops as demanded and required.
- Develop Clients Support Planning to support clients in fast and proper support manner
- Support the effective implantation of Clients Support Strategy of FWTA
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of client’s feedbacks to the Management Team of FWTA for business development and timely manner support to clients
- Visit clients and client’s problems and provide solution
- Join the business development of FWTA and provide inputs for the business growth of FWTA.

Business Analysis and QA Officer
Reporting to: Business Analysis Manager
Purpose: As a Business Analysis and QA Officer, s/he takes responsibilities to contribute inputs to the new business products development and the existing ones and also to execute Quality Assurance, Testing, and Business Analysis in support of the implementation of Peth Yoeung’s all product business function and how it integrates within product portfolio of Peth Yoeung.
- Business Concept Development and Analysis
- Conduct some business research and then provide inputs for business development of Peth Yoeung products
- Collect inputs and feedback from customers and do business analysis for product enhancement or/and development
- Compile requirements of customers and submit them to Business Analysis Office
- Hold meetings with the developer team to explain the need of customers
- Quality Assurance Assignments
- Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, systems, regression, performance & end user- acceptance testing as a part of Agile/Scrum teams
- Execute and maintain test plan, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts
- Perform and participate in front-end and back- end testing
