Credit Assessment Team Leader (2 Positions)
Credit Assessment Team Leader is responsible for assess credit applications/ requests across Commercial and Retail Banking to analyze and reduce the risk in granting credit.
- Assess loan application and quality check independently and in a professionalism manner.
- Evaluate financial status of client, background, transactions, credit history as well as identify the key risk involved in credit application and recommend to approver.
- To comply with bank’s guidelines and procedures for all credit schemes.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all information customer are protected
- Provide training to front line marketing on general practice of credit business, basic requirement in credit requirement and regulation relating to lending.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Experience / Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum three-year experience in Credit Field of which at least one-year experience in credit analysis related tasks.
- Good understanding of industry performance and model of business in Cambodia
- Financial statement and data interpreting
- Experience of provide training on subject related to credit practice
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good communication
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education level
- Good English verbal and writing ability
Credit Analyst Officer (5 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Conduct the Site Visit of business premises and collaterals
- Check and verify all documents collected from Relationship Manager/Credit Officer to ensure they are relevant and sufficient for credit assessment and submission
- Prepare and validate financial data obtained from customers
- CBC checking and verification
- Prepare all Credit Memorandum and Memos
- Conduct credit assessment and recommend to Credit Assessment Department
- Loan and security documents preparation
- Conduct the review after loan disbursement
- Perform others tasks assigned by Section Manager
- Finished Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
- Experience in credit or related field for at least 3 years
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical mind and can work under pressure
- Customer and detailed oriented
Risk Management Officer (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Conduct and monitor loan review
- Consolidate report after loan review & offer the proper solutions
- Collect, analyze, and summarize the Bank’s risk management data
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of overall risk management practices
- Submit a risk management report to Risk Management Committee every quarter
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Statistics/Business & Economics/ Mathematics
- At least 2-year experience of relevant experience /Credit risk/relative field
- Good at computer skills (Ms. Office, and especially VBA)
- Good command English both in writing and speaking
- Excellent experience in daily risk reports along with commentaries
Compliance Officer (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Conduct Client Due Diligence for onboarding of new clients, including screening client through World Check and other on-line search
Facilities, and verification of client KYC documents - Prepare AML report comply with NBC
- Deliver AML Training to related employees
- Ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by senior management
- Perform client risk profile to assign AML risk rating to structures and undertake periodic review of files based on clients AML risk rating
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
- Good at written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus
- 3 to 5 years related work experience as Compliance Officer within Banking Industry or MFI
- Experience in AML/CFT regulations would be an advantage

Loan Officer (60 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Find potential individual clients for all kind of loan products
- Submit Credit Memorandum to Branch Manager /Credit Assessment Manager for approval
- Handle customer’s complaint and take appropriate action to solve them
- Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at Sangkat level and cadastral office
- Assist to recover bad debt of branch
- Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships
- Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
- Minimum finished Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
- Good at written and spoken English
- Both experience and non-experience are encouraged to apply
