Business Development Manager

Position Summary

Report to Head of Business Development

POSITION SUMMARY:

Business Development Manager (BDM) specializes in improvement of the company’s market position, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market condition to support financial growth. H/She is responsible for strategic planning to support the sale growth. Persons involved in business development must in depth of market knowledge, identify business opportunities, build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • New Business Development
  • Initiate and develop growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Lead in preparing strategies to drive sales to achieve corporate target

Marketing and Communication Manager

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for managing marketing initiatives to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Leads daily marketing activities by turning creative ideas into effective advertising projects for awareness raising programs aimed at enhancing the image and brand awareness of Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC). Reports marketing and sales results on a regular basis.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Development
  • Lead in developing marketing and communication strategic plan to promote CBC to the public;
  • Assist in develop and implement marketing plan for existing and new products;
  • Be the business partner with sales and product team to promote value added service;
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate wisely;
  • Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects.
  • Awareness Raising Program
  • Work with related stakeholders to initiate awareness-raising activities to promote CBC to the public;
  • Lead in organizing awareness raising activities in terms of logistic and communication with key stakeholders;
  • Be the contact point for coordinating with other stakeholders in related to marketing activities.
  • Marketing Materials Development
  • Manage in drafting and developing company profile, leaflet, brochure, calendar, booklet and other promotional materials;
  • Dealing with graphic designer to develop marketing materials in line with CBC cooperate branding;
  • Lead in developing CBC documentaries including content creation, copywriting and approve all marketing materials;
  • Work closely with administration function to get quotation from vendors and monitor the production process to ensure that the marketing materials meet CBC’s required standard.
  • Digital Marketing Management
  • Initiate and develop digital marketing strategy to promote CBC on the digital channels
  • Initiate in developing and updating CBC’s website to make it more attractive and comprehensive for the public;
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website and blog that attracts and coverts target audiences;
  • Drafting advertising article and send to management team for approval prior to post in website; and
  • Regularly monitor and report user view and log in to CBC webpage.
  • Media Management
  • Lead in developing media strategies in promoting CBC to the public;
  • Expand and develop marketing platform including social media for CBC awareness raising not limited Facebook, LinkedIn etc.;
  • Coordinate with other media agencies such as TV, Radio and Newspaper for advertising purpose;
  • Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.
  • Develop the Press Release and propose the responses to the Media questions

Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Digital Marketing Specialist is mainly responsible for managing and monitoring the social media platforms of CBC to make sure that the brand and products/services reach the target customers that build stronger relationships with our audiences.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing
  • Planning, executing and tracking digital marketing campaigns (email campaigns, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid digital media, etc.)
  • Oversee social media strategies
  • Maintain CBC in the top of SEO/SEM
  • Developing creative engaging contents that is consistent with brand guidelines for implementing in social media and website. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of the company
  • Write, design and optimize contents of the social media: Facebook, Website, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms with a schedule of activity to expand our social media audience base
  • Provide ongoing campaign and reports including ROI analysis
  • Attain key indicators such as reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time improving conversion

Research and Insights Manager

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Head of R&D

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Research and Insights Manager will play an important role in the R&D team of CBC to initiate and advance policy, product and industry centric research initiatives on credit risk management and business decision analytics. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with data and product teams within CBC as well as key stakeholders from the industry and development partners. S/he will manage quantitative as well as qualitative research works to generate insights, evidence and value to inform product planning, strengthen financial industry advocacy knowledge base and support policy-relevant initiatives.

  • Policy Impact Research
  • Design and manage data-driven quantitative and qualitative research projects that assess the impact of financial sector policy, economic landscape and industry initiatives.
  • Maintain close consultation networks with financial institutions, government agencies, industry associations and development partners to prioritise emerging relevant financial sector policy impact issues.
  • Carry out data analysis, develop and apply appropriate economic/econometric modelling and impact analysis techniques, and develop evidence-based policy relevant recommendations.
  • Ensure internal and external validation of the research techniques and results.

  • Produce data-driven insights to develop commercial research outputs to support the process of product portfolio development and enhancement

  • Support Head of R&D in developing and managing strategic collaboration with industry associations, government agencies, financial institutions, development partners and relevant businesses in expanding data sources of CBC and driving research initiatives.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Master’s degree in Financial Economics, Economics, Econometrics, Economic Policy or Information Science.
  • Candidates with Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Social Sciences or other related fields with proven skills in quantitative analysis on economic and financial issues are also encouraged to apply.
  • Coursework on Econometrics or Mathematical Economics will be a strong plus.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in economic or policy research, management consulting and/or financial markets

Product Executive

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Executive will be an integral part of the Research and Development Team to implement the Product Roadmap of CBC that aims to meet the decision-making needs of businesses in Cambodia through credit risk information and data analytics solutions. S/he will closely work with the Product Manager and the Head of Research and Development in identifying product development/enhancement opportunities and effectively development and launching the product in line with the Product Roadmap of CBC.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify market segments with new opportunities based on data insights and market research / surveys

Data Management Officer

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Senior Data Management Officer

DIRECT REPORTS: N/A

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Data Management Officer is working to ensure data quality, consistency and completeness. He/she assists in developing rules and validation in data fields to comply with business requirement, developing new tool or application for monitoring data upload from members, compare data with CMA, NBC and members. He/she is a support person to operation team for data manipulation and extraction.

  • Assists in finding more validation rules regarding to data quality and accuracy to prevent more issues occurred from data submission by Members.
  • Implement quarterly Data Verification with member, CMA and/or NBC data.

  • Maintain and update Monthly/Quarterly issue automate sending to members.

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Customer Support Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The job holder is responsible for day to day support CBC Members with providing effective Customer Service, monitor on the accuracy of enquiry & data upload, monitor/assist team to complete pending case/complaint from member and assist Customer Support Manager to perform his/her task, as required.

Job Description

The job holder is represented as the first line contact for both internal and external customer of Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) by providing an effective customer service to improve the customer satisfaction and experiences with CBC products and services.

  • Handle and resolve the customer inquiries and complaints
  • Identify issue and provide accuracy information to members
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondents’ emails/phones to/from members
  • Ensure all inquiries, comments, complaints, and action taken are logged
  • Take action and follow up the members on data upload issues, outdated account, duplicated account, late upload or no enquiry etc. for Consumer Commercial Bureau.
  • Process customer requests/orders/changes/returns according to procedures and/or guidelines
  • Identify the system issues of Bureau Stream and work with related unit/department to fulfill the gap
  • Manage and maintain the pending of request
