Chief of Party (COP)
- The COP will provide strategic direction, overall coordination and management of the project, including oversight of financial and contract management, and support to the project’s technical team, client, and counterparts in the implementation of CMEP 2 activities.
- Candidates must have a master’s degree in public health or another relevant field;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience managing complex health programs in developing countries including extensive malaria elimination program experience.
- Experience working in Cambodia or another country in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region is preferred.
Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
- The DCOP will provide operational leadership and manage planning and implementation of project activities under the direction of the Chief of Party.
- S/he will supervise the project’s provincial coordinators and technical specialists, and work with the client and counterparts including overseeing communications and community outreach.
- Candidates must have a master’s degree in public health or other relevant field; and a minimum of six years of relevant work experience, including experience implementing international development programs, including significant experience in malaria programs.
- Prior experience with USAID programs is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Cambodia or another country in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region is preferred.
Finance and Administration (F&A) Director
- The F&A Director is responsible for overall financial and administrative management of the project including forecasting, financial reporting, procurement, staff recruitment, project finance and administration-related training, accounting and payroll, and other human resource functions.
- S/he will liaise with Abt headquarters to ensure program budget meets program objectives and will ensure program operations run smoothly.
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience (master’s plus six to eight years’ experience preferred) in finance, business, accounting, or other relevant field,
- And at least five years of experience managing project finance and administration for international development programs in Cambodia.
- Expertise in USAID contract and compliance regulations required.
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for providing overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning management and direction to CMEP 2.
- Candidates must have a master’s degree and 7 years of experience developing and implementing surveillance systems, monitoring systems, and conducting evaluations, preferably in developing countries;
- And experience working with malaria prevention, elimination programs, or related public health programs.
- Experience working in Cambodia or another country in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region is preferred.
