Project Manager (3 Positions)
Job Responsibilities: Carrying out projects assigned to him while insuring the respect/control of margin level, timing of projects, QMS rules, safety and image of the Company.
- Project Management
- In charge to manage successfully specific projects, including among other tasks:
- Bidding Stage:
- Study carefully the Bid documents to identify all necessary technical and commercial specificities as well as risks and send to Manager as soon as possible.
- Clarification preparation and submission
- Contract Stage:
- Participate in the negotiate the contract with customer under instruction from Manager keeping in mind to preserve the interest of the Company
- Prepare budget and planning of the project and follow up.
- Respecting the contractual obligations of the parties.
- Keeping Manager regularly informed about implementation of projects and problems which may happen
- Management of the construction team
- To monitor construction progress with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team (including worker productivity),
- Allocate, manage and control the resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the duration of the project,
- Ensure clarity of responsibility for the site team through briefings and daily communication,
- Develop and train staff to ensure high skill levels and technical competence.

- Experience: 5 years in similar position
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field is required.
- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
- Good Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
- More than five years of experience in related capacity
- Ability to analyse practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with concerned authorities, engineers, vendors, client, and back office department.
- Good skills about Health and safety procedures
- Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
- Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline.
Deputy Project Manager (4 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Execute and monitor project activities.
- Scheduling and assigning the staff
- Follow and respect of Health and safety procedures
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Manage project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards
- coordinating the various components which contribute to the project to ensure they are being delivered on time
- ensuring that deadlines are met
- Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
- Prepare and update project plans and status reports.
- Manage project team responsible for document preparation.
- Update and maintain production and quality metrics of projects.
- Experience: 3 years in similar position
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field is required.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc

Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- Experience: 3 years in similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
- Experience in Construction estimating is required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction sector.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Carrying out regular inspections.
- Helping project managers to plan the work program.
- Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
- Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Experience: 5 years in similar position

- The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce.
- The ability to understand the project, drawings and other contract documents.
