Personal Assistant to CEO
Position’s Overview:
The Personal Assistant to CEO is responsible for ensuring that the CEO is fully supported in all aspects of her/his work including confidential matters; filling documentation; and providing efficient administration and secretarial assistance to the CEO. S/he will also work closely with management team and all head of departments.
Salary range: Competitive commensurate with experience and qualifications
Position type: Regular - Monday to Saturday (Half Day)

- Relieves Chief Executive Officer of administrative functions in order to increase the time CEO to be available to spend for executive level responsibilities;
- Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office;
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material;
- Maintain accurate records of senior leadership team and staff meetings, distributing agendas, minutes and other relevant documentation as required.
- Organise meetings and take minutes during the management meeting;
- Make preparation for committee meetings;
- Ensure that all manual and computerized records and filing systems relating to all areas within her/his remit are maintained as required.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences;
- Assist in the setting up and maintaining of archive files and historical data.
- Process, input, extract and analyse information from database systems.
- Verify filing and documentation in safety place and store properly in the drives;
- Ensure the website is maintained, up-to-date and meets all current requirements
- Deal with correspondence promptly and as required
- Translate in written and verbal in and from Khmer to English and vice versa;
- Response to public inquiries to meet CEO;
- Ensure that all administrative duties, checks, documentation, reports and returns are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.
- Must be able to contact any time a lot to respond for urgent case; and
- Other duties are assigned from CEO if it is necessary and urgent.
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administrative, or other related fields.
- At least two years’ experiences in relevant skills;
- Be dynamic, smart and friendly;
- Integrity, commitment, team work, good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Excellent ability to manage a filing and management techniques.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Good commend in English and Chinese is a plus (speaking, writing and listening).
- Good computer knowledge (MS. Office, Internet & Email) and IT skills.
- Good at critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and time management skills;
- The ability to work on your own initiative; attention to detail;
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;

Internal Auditing Manager
Internal Auditing Manager is reporting to CEO and be responsible for internal audit to ensure its compliance to company.
Position type: Full Time – Regular , Monday to Saturday (Half Day).

- Coordinating the implementation of the Internal Control Framework so as to streamline Internal Control and Risk Management in the authority’s business processes;
- Reviewing the internal control framework and consistently ensuring its compliance;
- The develop and implement of the formal risk management framework;
- Documenting audit procedures, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures;
- Identifying, developing and documenting of audit issues and recommendations;
- Liaising with external auditors of the authority to ensure external audits and financial reporting processes are efficient and effective;
- Conducting appropriate (governance and performance) assessment exercises so as to streamline the Authority’s performance and governance processes;
- Leading in the development of the annual audit plan; and

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in auditing field in a well-established audit firm;

- Highly organized with good time management skills;
- Good communication skills both spoken and written;
- Excellent understanding of International Standards on Auditing;
- Good in English and Khmer (speaking, writing and listening);

Real Estate General Manager
Position’s Overview: The General Manager (GM) role is responsible to provide leadership to Real Estate Managers in support of the management of their respective properties.
Salary range: Competitive commensurate with experience and qualifications
Position type: Full Time – Regular Monday to Friday, & Saturday (Half Day)

- Work in conjunction with Leasing Team to execute new and renewal leases to meet or exceed objectives.
- Negotiate proposed lease amendments.
- Participate in the development of business plans and direct special projects to enhance tenant sales productivity and center profitability
- Interact frequently with property ownership’s asset management team.
- Enforce all tenant lease requirements.
- Establish an effective working relationship with all store managers and other key merchants, including specialty tenants, to understand and drive sales.
- Coordinate sponsorship, marketing and special events with Marketing Director.
- Fulfill Manager-on-Duty rotation and manage day-to-day activities as necessary.
- Develop, implement and administer annual budget including quarterly re-forecasting and monthly variance reporting, and recommends capital expenditures. Prepare financial reports according to established reporting requirements.

- Direct the preparation and implementation of all annual financial reports including budgets, management plan, and annual report.

Site Engineer
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
- Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Ensure that all company’s assets must be well controlled and safeguarded at the job site.
- Highly accountable for the losses and damages.
- Use properly the budget allocation within the company’s purpose to perform the tasks.
- Do timely report request by Project Manager (Site daily report, site problem claim, Inspection report, other report required…).
- Do the other tasks as per assigned.
