Announcement Positions

Supervisor & Captain

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include, day to operation, training and on-going development of team members.
  • Monitors food & beverage services and quality on a regular basis to maintain key quality standards
  • Utilize leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
  • Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency.
  • Identifies training needs and ensures staff receives training, including daily skills training to provide consistent, knowledgeable, and reliable service.
  • Proficient in Duty Management Shifts 
  • Understand and able to manage the operation procedure including the front line service and able to assist the F&B Manager
  • Marketing and other promotion
  • Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • F&B management experience in Fast food/hospitality/restaurant or bakery at least 1-2 years
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Ms. Office, outlook and Internet Email, POS system
  • Proven records of knowledge in the areas of food hygiene, food handling and other F& B related health and safety requirements
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team
  • Ability to handle the multiple tasks and reach the tight time frame
  • Excellent planning, control skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work under pressure and long hours when required
 
 

Assistant Operations Manager

Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee all the day-to-day food and beverage operations of multiple outlets. This position is responsible for purchasing, physical maintenance, scheduling, finance, and marketing in collaboration with each department.

Reports To: Company Director, CEO or GM

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day success of the operations of all outlets or brands assigned to.
  • Hires, schedules, supervise trains and coordinate the work of Food & Beverage (F&B) with HR department.
  • Ensures production controls are in place to safeguard product inventory and quality controls.
  • Controls and analyses departmental cost on an ongoing basis; able to maintain costs within budget. costs such as food & beverage costs, payroll, supplies, utilities and purchases
  • Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts
  • Develops operational procedures suitable for the operations.
  • Maintains and implements standards of quality in all food and beverage service operations, oversees receipt, storage and handling of products for quality and standard
  • Utilizes leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity
  • Ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the brand’s operational guidelines.
  • Lead as Example to all store managers, supervisors and staff under his department.
  • Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with all outlet managers and supervisors.
  • Conducts Operations Audit, Assessments, and present action plan to rectify any substandard practice by each outlet.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • F&B management experience in Fast food or bakery Restaurant at least 3 years
  • Knowledge and understanding of food and beverage organization, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures
  • Excellent planning, control skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Possess self-motivational skills and hands-on management approach
  • Possess impeccable service standards and attention to detail
  • Possess strong skills in organization and efficiency
  • Possess experience in managing multi-unit food service facilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend assignments
  • Ability to work in pressure working environment
  • Ability to maintain time management and operations focus
 
 

Accountant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable functions and expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters
  • Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
  • Inventory auditing once a month
  • Administer the assistant accountants to allocate jobs
  • Submission of tax
  • Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting system Quickbook
  • Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork
  • Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Female preferred
 
 

Stock Delivery

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Arrange the goods as and when required, prepare the delivery efficiently and in timely manner.
  • Assist to manager in logistics
  • Able to comply with road safety and deliver goods on time.
  • Able to drive delivery Motor Tuk Tuk and Motor bikes.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Candidate must have proper driving license.
  • Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
