Deputy Head, Product Management

Position Summary

Report to: Head of Product Management Department

Working Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Formulate the products strategies and road map to ensure these services will be aligned with company’s strategy and budget.
  • Explore the business opportunity and enhance our product and process to meet the customer needs, wants, and aspirations.
  • Establish high-level business concept and align with related stakeholder before seek for approval.
  • Manage the product performance and analysis the performance compares with the competitors to ensure the banks stay competitive in the market.
  • Lead team in developing the detail product policy, procedures, and guideline and process or workflows to smoothen the process as well complied with Cambodia Law and Regulations.
  • To ensure the effectiveness of marketing communication of products to the market.
  • Equip the product knowledge to related stakeholders especially sale force team.
  • Support on develop the budget plan or sales projection to ensure the products generate the income for customers.
  • Provide coaching, and support the subordinates to ensure they perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor or master degree in banking and finance, business management or related fields.
  • At least 04 years experiences in consumer banking, insurance or financial services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge in insurance, strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills, project management skill.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
  • Be Innovative, dynamic and confident.
  • Be well time management.
 
 

Sr. Unit Manager, Product Development

Position Summary

Report to: Head of Product Management Department

Working Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist in formulating strategies and implement tactical plans for all other financial products to ensure these products will be aligned with company’s strategy and budget as well as meet client’s needs, wants and Aspiration.
  • Work with cross functional team to explore business opportunity and enhance our current manual, guideline as well as process workflow to ensure this business is continuously growing.
  • Assist to functional manager in collaborating with cross team to develop the high level concept and high level flow of Other Financial products to align with New Product Initiative Projects.
  • Analyze the product performance and manage team to collect product information in the market (market information, competitor move, and staff feedback, Other Financial product challenges) to ensure that product pricing and features of all Other Financial products are competitive and meet with the needs of our target customer segments.
  • Assist to develop the high-level proposal to enhance other financial products (pricing, features, manual or guideline, workflow…) to ensure this business meets with clients’ needs and complies with regulation.
  • Support team in developing the detail product policy, procedures, and guideline and process workflows to ensure that the products are designed and implemented in line with Company’s strategies.
  • Facilitate team to communicate the new other financial products lines and new other financial product enhancement to ensure these products are well communicated.
  • Work with sales team to develop other financial sales guides to ensure these sales guides are fruitful for Salesforce.
  • Provide coaching, and support the subordinates to ensure they perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields.
  • At least 03 years experiences in consumer banking, other financial or financial services industry.

Sr. Unit Manager, Product Development Specialize for International Transfer

Position Summary

Report to: Head of Product Management Department

Working Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunity, customer needs, competitors landscape & analysis.
  • Prepare the product concept design including business model, feature offering, pricing, sales and service model, go-to-market strategy, and business process.
  • Assess on feasibility, regulatory requirement and impact with legal and compliance.
  • Prepare business requirement with system vender for system development or enhancement.
  • Facilitate with related stakeholder for preparing risk assessment, risk mitigations, financial budget, assumption, projection and P&L analysis.
  • Be able to lead a project and prepare for project planning, timeline for project activity, especially sale plan, communication plan, resource planning and manage the entire product launch process.
  • Develop the detail product policy, procedures, and guideline and process or workflows.
  • Prepare the UAT test cases, form up the UAT team to test the newly product development and enhancement.
  • Monitor the product performance and analysis the performance compares with the competitors to ensure the banks stay competitive in the market.
  • Equip the product knowledge to related stakeholders especially sale force team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in banking/finance or business management or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experiences in banking industry or business development is a plus.
  • Understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially on transfer service.
  • Be committing to timeline and handling pressure.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.

Senior Officer, Product Development

Position Summary

Report to: Head of Product Management Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
