Position description
Develop and manage key accounts strategy which captures business building opportunities and ensures achievement of TSNR Group availability, visibility, volume and image objectives to maximize profitable volume and market share.
- Defines key account strategy and targets which contribute to the overall sales and distribution strategy.
- Ensure proper analysis of current supply chain and stock levels at key accounts and agree on corrective actions in order to ensure full product availability.
- Defines and agrees with Sales and Marketing management on optimal TSNR brand portfolio strategy for selected key accounts.
- Negotiate, agree and communicate with the management of the key accounts on TSNR brand portfolio in line with overall strategy.
- Provides input to Marketing Plan. tracks and reports on sales promotion results.
- Sets, communicates, tracks and evaluates national targets (KSI’s).
- Evaluates and develops the KA sales call mission to maximize sales, visibility and availability at all trade levels.
- Establish national KA merchandising strategy processes and tools to deliver.
- Ensure availability, visibility and promotion effectiveness to increase Principal sales volume and share.
- Set priorities and minimum expected targets.
- Ensures implementation of all consumer activities, in line with Principal and Trade Marketing guidelines and
- Brand portfolio strategy by the KA Sales Force and Merchandisers.
- Defines and agrees with Sales and Marketing management on optimal TSNR brand portfolio strategy for selected key accounts. Negotiate, agree and communicate with the management of the key accounts on TSNR brand portfolio in line with overall strategy.
- Develop and manage strategic direction for key accounts to capitalize on all volume, share and profit objectives.

Marketing Executive (Trade)

- Analyze the business model, profitability and needs of trade in order to support management with market knowledge, through monitoring trade development and trade channels.
- Provide feedback on principal’s brand performance and competitor trade activities and update the information on the regular basis, which includes the following but not limited to situation analysis, trade programs, POSM, and trade communications
- Regular visits and relationship building with retailers and markets to strengthen brand awareness and product performance nationwide.
- Analyze results of retail channels, in depth analysis of competition, distribution models.
