Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Position Level: Management Level / Staff Level
Working time: 8:00am to 17:30pm (lunch break 1.5hours)
Working day : from Monday to Friday
- Recruit, interview, screen for vacant positions and training
- Develop/Update HR policies and procedures
- Conduct and process staff payroll
- Manage personnel files of all staff
- Update internal rules and regulations of the company
- Coordinate Administration tasks
- Have experience compliance with MoLVT
- Other tasks assigned by Management
- Have experience with Logistics industry at least 1 year
- Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written) as a working language, and basic English communication skills
- Well informed on local labor laws and regulations

Freight Agent Sales Manager (1 Position)

Position Level: Management Level
Salary: Salary + commissions or negotiate
Working time: 8:00am to 17:30pm (lunch break 1.5hours)
Working day from Monday to Friday
- Sales management position, establish and manage Freight Agent sales team, formulate sales plan, complete sales target
- Formulate and participate in the implementation of relevant policies and systems
- Responsible for the daily management of the department and the guidance, training and evaluation of department employees
- Regular statistical sales reports and business reports
- Responsible for sales operations, including planning, organization, progress control and review
- Have sales work experience in the Logistics Industry (air freight or sea freight or road freight or express) at least 5 year, sales management work experience is preferred
- Have a wealth of customer resources and customer relationships, with outstanding performance
- Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written) as a working language, and basic English communication skills

- Proficient in customs affairs and control the import and export process of goods
- Familiar with customs and logistics center entry and exit customs affairs and customer service
- Supervise the storage system and on-site operation efficiency
- Analyze data, plan storage, improve process etc.
- More than 5 years of working experience in a Customs Broker, and more than 2 years of management experience of operation department in a Customs Broker
- Proficient in customs affairs of air freight or sea freight or road freight or express
- Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written) as a working language, and basic English communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft. Word & Excel

- Arrange booking according to customer requirements
- Contact foreign agents and report the status of the goods
- Track shipment information and status
- Handle business and agent inquiry
- Cargo abnormality and claim handling
- Air freight import related matters and matters assigned by the supervisor
- Reach the company's required performance indicators, and report to the supervisor regularly
- More than 2 years of working experience in the Air Freight company
- Familiar with the basic operations of warehousing and transportation, understand the air cargo operation and customs clearance process
- Have logistics supplier resources are preferred
- Fluent in English or Chinese as a working language (verbal and written)
- Able to use Microsoft. Word & Excel

- Maintain close relationship with Carrier and Co-Loader
- Reach the company's required performance indicators, and report to the supervisor regularly
- More than 1 year of working experience in the Logistics Industry (air freight or sea freight or road freight or express), experience in customer service of freight forwarding companies is preferred.
