Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE) - For a Child’s Smile is a non-profit organization founded by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières, operating in Cambodia since 1995. Its mission is to help children escape from destitution and lead them to decent, skilled and well-paid jobs.

Recognized by the local authorities, PSE is working in respect of the country with the Cambodians and thus supports sustainable development.

Six main programs – adapted to the needs of the children – have been developed: food, health, protection, education & schooling, vocational training and help for families.

PSE helps 7,000 children and 7,000 graduates from PSE Vocational Training program graduates have already successfully integrated the job market with a real qualified position. PSE employs more than 650 people in Cambodia (Phnom Penh mainly) and 8 staff at the headquarters in France. 500 volunteers in different countries are actively working on making the organization known through fundraising donations and sponsorships.

In 2000, PSE received the French Human Rights Prize from the French Republic.

Job description :

The role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development (L&D), and Talent Management at PSE. This role is instrumental in cultivating a learning-driven and high-performance culture that aligns with PSE's organizational goals. The manager designs and implements learning frameworks, leads leadership and talent development initiatives, and contributing in building a culture of continuous improvement. The role also focuses on employee onboarding and integration, effective use of training budgets, and building talent strategies that position PSE as an agile, values-driven organization. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Talent Management team members.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across HR functions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex and cross-functional talent issues.
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle including planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and labor regulations.
  • Analyze hiring metrics to drive data-informed recruitment strategies.
  • Strengthen employer branding in collaboration with Communications and external platforms.

Librarian Team Leader

Job description :

This position is created to provide the leadership and expertise necessary for the library program management and development. S/he is responsible to plan, organize and direct the operations and staff of the Library; prioritize and schedule major reading/library projects/activities; and develop and manage administrative tasks serve for the Library activities in PSE.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  •   To manage and oversee all matters relating to the smooth and efficient operation of the school libraries and the librarian team
  •   To work with school management teams identifying resources and activities that match to the school curriculum and other educational/learning projects
  • To create and implement ideas and strategies for the development of the school library provision and its services
  • To ensure that staff and students are aware of the services available and to encourage maximum use of the libraries' resources and the potential of the libraries as a center for different learning/reading purposes and class learning activities
  •   To supervise and oversee the reading/learning behaviors, general discipline and induction into the use of the library's facilities managed by the librarians
  •   To assess the reading resource needs that match the students’ level of literacy and areas of their reading interest
  • To promote and supervise the Library as an effective study zone after school, including during lunch breaks, evenings, and/or weekends 
  •  To promote the use of the school library and encourage students to read through competitions, campaigns, internal and external events 
  •    To prepare and manage the library expenses allocated for the purchase of library materials, equipment, and furniture and the development of library services 
  • To select and purchase library resources in all appropriate formats, in consultation with the various heads of department and teaching staff, utilizing an appropriate range of suppliers
  •   To manage the day to day organization of the librarians, including the supervision of their routine clerical duties such as filing, shelving, and recovery systems
  •   To provide training as necessary to the librarian team in running the libraries, creating reading activities, cataloguing, classifying, and indexing of the library resources and resources located elsewhere in the school, … etc. in all formats, as required

Business Application Support

Position Summary

Job description :

S/he will be responsible of functional support of PSE business applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • End users support
  • Answer user requests and help them to use applications effectively on a daily basis
  • In coordination with Key users, train new users and provide refresh training when needed
  •  Corrective maintenance
  • Make first level analysis / diagnosis and fix issue if possible
  • Coordinate with 2nd level support or software development (when exists) for bug fix
  • Users management and access management
  • Create new users in the systems and deactivate users when employees leave PSE
  • Change assignment on PR/PO workflow and other workflows
  • Change user accesses and Approval levels when needed 
  • Functional evolutions
  • Collect and understand new requirements
  • Priorities new requirements with heads of departments and IT Application Specialist.

  1. Deliver structured, industry-aligned training in sound post-production, building student skills from basic to advanced levels. 
  2. Teach both theoretical concepts (20%) and hands-on practical skills (80%) in sound editing, sound design, ADR, Foley, mixing, and delivery. 
  3. Simulate real-world TVC and commercial production workflows, including deadlines, revisions, and teamwork. 
  4. Develop students’ ability to complete sound post-production from raw audio to final mix using professional tools. 
  5. Prepare students for entry-level roles or freelance work in sound post-production. 
Duties & Responsibilities:

The School/Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the assigned school program at PSE. The role ensures high-quality teaching and learning, student well-being, operational excellence, and full alignment with MoEYS standards and PSE’s mission, vision, and values.

The position works closely with teachers, parents, internal departments, and external stakeholders to drive academic excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainable program development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Academic Program Leadership & Quality Assurance
  • Lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of school programs in alignment with MoEYS standards and PSE’s quality framework.
  • Ensure effective assessment systems and promote diverse learning approaches (active, collaborative, authentic learning).
  • Integrate enrichment activities that support holistic student development.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date academic data in the School Management System (SMS).
