Executive – Corporate Translator-Interpreter
- Interpret messages, live speeches, voice recordings and documents into another language, with careful attention to providing proper context, meaning, tone, and technical wording
- Check original texts or confer with authors of the reports and presentation materials to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material.
- Analyze audience members and listen to debriefings on what materials will be translated, to best assess how to present interpreted data.
- Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for financial, legal, real estate material related to the company’s businesses and operations.
- Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
- Read written materials such as financial reports, legal documents, advisory works, or news reports, and rewrite material into specified languages (Khmer, English or Chinese).
- Refer to reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks as needed to ensure translation accuracy.
- Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages, orally, maintaining message content, context, and style as much as possible.
- Honor outlined ethical codes to ensure sensitive and confidential information remains secure and protected
- Compile information about the content and context of information to be translated, as well as details of the groups for whom translation or interpretation is being performed.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the company.
- Bachelor’s Degree or other qualification in English/Chinese/Khmer literature or related fields;
- Fluency in Khmer, Chinese, and English is required;
- Professional translation work is a plus;
- Carry out other tasks, including translation, as requested;
- Ability to translate complex technical words and documents;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to handle complex and confidential information with discretion;
- Patient, hard-working, attentive, reliable, determined and resourceful;
- Good computer literacy essential (MS Word/Excel, etc.)
Site Supervisor (Land Work)
He or She is based at respective construction sites reporting to the Construction Manager / Project Manager and assists him/ her in supervising contractors to ensure all works are carried out on site are done according to contract drawings and specifications. Daily inspection of the of the soil improvement process as to ensure that the soil improvement process is according to method of statement, design requirement & quality.
- A basic understanding of soil improvement methodology, such as PVD, Surcharge, Instrumental monitoring).
- Ensure that the finished work of contractors is of quality standards in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Monitor the progress of works.
- Daily inspection of the soil improvement process to ensure that the soil improvement process is according to the method of statement, design requirement & quality.
- Maintain a proper filing system during the entire project to enable the whole project team to have an updated record on the work progress at the site.
- Ensure that any test in accordance with the contractual specifications or statutory requirements is carried out at the site by the appointed contractor and thereafter report the outcome of the tests to the Construction Manager / Consultants.
- Keep a daily record of events happened at the worksite, update on the report chart so that the Project Managers / Construction Manager can monitor the timely completion of the project.
- Attend site weekly meetings with Project Manager / Construction Manager / Consultants and Contractors to update on the work progress and to resolve any technical issues, whenever required or designated by Project Manager/ Construction Manager.
- Ensure contractors comply with health and work safety following local authority regulation.
- Degree in Civil Engineer or Geotechnical Engineering
- 3-4 Years working experience in soil improvement environment.
- Basic computer knowledge such as AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Able to write and communicate in English, it will be a plus point if a candidate can communicate in Mandarin but not necessary.
- Prepare to work in long hours

Site Supervisor (Sand Operation)
Daily inspection of the of the sand filling progress is carry out as per method of statement and ensure the operation of the sand filling is in order, take measurement on the sand volume of each barges before and after discharging to ensure the correct paid volume of the sand quantities and also ensure the quality of sand are to specification and requirement.
- A basic understanding of the reclamation process (Dragging, Transportation, and Discharge).
- Ensure that the finished work of contractors is of quality standards in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Monitor the progress of works.
- Daily inspection of the sand filling progress is carried out as per the method of statement and ensure the operation of the sand filling is in order, measure the sand volume of each barge before and after discarding to ensure the correct paid volume of the sand quantities and also ensure the quality of sand is to specification and requirement.

Inspection of the of the coastal construction process of rock / bund work is carry out as per method of statement and ensure the quality of the materials used and workmanship are to specification and requirement.
- A basic understanding of the costal construction process of rock/bund work.
- Ensure that the finished work of contractors is of quality standards in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Monitor the progress of works.
- Daily inspection of the costal construction process of rock/bund work is carried out as per the method of statement and ensure the quality of the materials used and workmanship are to specification and requirements.

Document Control Executive
He or She is based at respective construction sites reporting to the Construction Manager / Project Manager and assists him/ her in all the administrative work in the site office.
- Maintain and document control for the Project Department filing system in the site office.
- Assis the Project management team in all general administrative duties which include typing, copying related documents, arranging meetings/transport, logistic arrangement, etc
- Ensure sufficient supply of office supplies and consumable materials.
- Ensure the cleaning ness of the site office is kept.
- Undertaking data entry and back-up.
- Able to translate documents from Khmer to English.
- High School or Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineer or another engineering.
- 2-3 years of working experience as a document control in a construction site.
- Basic computer knowledge such as AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Able to write and communicate in English, it will be a plus point if candidates can communicate in Mandarin but not necessary.
