Position Summary

The Crop Manager will play a critical role in improving crop productivity, operational discipline, cost control, market-oriented production planning, and sustainable agricultural management across KSCAC’s integrated farming systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Crop Production Management
  • Plan, organize, and supervise all crop production activities.
  • Manage vegetable farms, greenhouse systems, crop cultivation, and planting schedules.
  • Monitor crop growth, crop health, harvesting schedules, and productivity performance.
  • Ensure proper land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and disease prevention.
  • Production Planning & Operational Control
  • Develop crop production plans based on seasonal cycles and market demand.
  • Coordinate daily farming activities under KSCAC’s Operational Command System (OCS).
