Finance & Transaction Manager

Position Summary

We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee post-sales processes, manage finance operations, and coordinate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Coordination:
  • Oversee end-to-end transaction processes: document preparation, contract review, compliance.
  • Collaborate with agents, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Sales Directors/Managers for high-quality post-sales service.
  • Maintain organized transaction files and records.
  • Ensure transaction coordinators manage client communications effectively.
  • Finance Management:
  • Oversee financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyze financial data for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files related to each transaction
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and mentor a team handling transaction processing.
  • Manage accountants to maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop efficient systems to streamline processes.

Awards & Event Sales Supervisor

Position Summary

Role overview

This role will lead the commercial and operational direction of the awards program end-to-end, leveraging your deep property industry background and established developer network to position Realestate.com.kh as a trusted partner within the real estate ecosystem. You will engage directly with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders at leading developers, articulating the commercial value of participation, sponsorship, and award recognition.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across awards, sponsorships, and new event initiatives, ensuring all events are a commercial success. This includes developing sales and business development strategies, setting revenue targets, overseeing pricing and packaging, and securing high-value partnerships. Beyond the awards, you will identify, design, and launch new real estate events such as networking forums and exclusive developer showcases, aligned with market demand and Realestate.com.kh’s broader business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Drive developer participation and sponsorship sales, maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-value partners for the awards and event ecosystem.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships with Cambodian property developers, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation.
  • Take ownership of sales targets, actively contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the events portfolio.
  • Coordinate the nomination, submission, and judging process, ensuring deadlines, communications, and stakeholder requirements are managed smoothly and consistently.
  • Drive high-value sponsorship and partnership deals with developers and industry partners to support the awards and scalable event formats such as the Connect event series
  • Assist in the rollout of new real estate event concepts by executing go-to-market strategies and providing feedback on pricing and market viability.

Work History:

Property Consultant BDM

Position Summary

The position is for Russian Speaking

Position Purpose

The purpose of this position is to grow the company's presence in the Eastern European (property seekers) market. A department consists of three main positions with purpose. Marketing, Property sales (consultants) and Channel Management. 

This is a hands-on position, and the department will be built up based on performance of the department. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Marketing professionals strategize and create marketing campaigns to build brand more importantly generate leads.
  • Creating & Executing marketing campaigns 
  • Tracking performance of campaigns & making data-driven decisions 
  • Identifying new lead generation channels
  • Managing content pipeline (video & written)
  • Property Consultants are Realestate.com.kh’s in-house agents and build deep relationships with property seekers and co-broke with our agency, Borey and developer network. 
  • Property Consultants ensure that leads generated by Realestate.com.kh or any sources are serviced and follow a “sell by a system approach” to closing property deals. Following a strict inhouse process by use of the CRM.
  • Qualify & consult with new prospects (leads)
  • Advise property seekers on the Cambodian real estate industry 
  • Match property seekers with properties and projects that best suit their needs 
  • Introduce property seekers to agents and monitor deals until they are closed 
  • Obtain information in relation to deals closed and pass closed deals over to the accounting department 
  • Ensure you live by the motto of “speed on leads”, all new leads must be qualified within 10 minutes of making an enquiry and must be followed up and moved forward in the buying process as fast as possible 
  • Channel managers create and nurture affiliates (sales partners), typically local and international agencies. The objective is to maximize sales through these channels by distributing relevant information about properties, training and ultimately assisting their clients in facilitating sales.
  • The purpose of this role is to generate revenue/commission through consulting property seekers and sales channels, introducing the right properties, liaising with property developers, real estate agency, and property owners to source the relevant properties to match property seekers’ requirements
  • Source and create affiliates in the Eastern European market 
  • Ensure sales material is readily available for the affiliates to facilitate sales 
  • Prepare and ensure relevant sales material is available for the Eastern European market, including the realestate.com.kh website 
  • Continually engage and support affiliates with training and dealing with their requirements
  • Assist partners in closing deals with their clients 
  • Assist in post-sales support

  • Build ongoing relationships with property seekers right from the first call through to deal closing and post the deal closing 
  • Ensure that when property seekers want to rent or buy again, they come back to you for their next property
  • Be a role model in the sales team in terms of hitting sales targets
