Position Summary

Reporting to: Head of Business Development (Business Development Department), with dotted-line reporting to Deputy CEO for strategic matters.

The B2C Manager leads the direct-to-parent/family enrolment strategy, overseeing lead generation, campaigns and conversion activities for households, siblings, preschool and referral segments.

Job Goal

To design and execute Herrington International School’s B2C business development strategies by increasing direct-to-parent enrolments, managing family-focused campaigns, and ensuring all offers comply with the Baseline Fee Policy. This role sets medium-term targets for the direct channel, coordinates with Business Development Executives and manages Admissions staff supporting B2C, and drives conversion from lead to enrolment.

Career Path:

Opportunity to progress to Head of Business Development, Director of Admissions & Marketing, or Deputy CEO/CEO based on performance and leadership impact.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly B2C business development plans aligned with school objectives.
  • Set lead-generation, conversion and enrolment targets for family, sibling, preschool and referral segments.
  • Design and oversee campaigns such as family discounts, sibling rebates, referral bonuses, cashback and scholarship outreach.
  • Coordinate and mentor BDEs/Admissions Executives assigned to B2C; ensure timely follow-up and high service standards.
  • Represent the school at parent fairs, open houses, preschool events and community forums.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Admissions and Academic teams to deliver seamless parent experiences from first contact to onboarding.
  • Monitor KPIs in the CRM; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Head of Business Development.
  • Ensure all family, sibling and referral offers comply with Baseline Fee Policy, approval processes and data protection.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, discounts and communications in the DMS.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development with at least 2 years managing B2C or consumer-facing channels.

Business Development Executive

Position Summary

Reporting to: Business Development Manager (B2B or B2C), with dotted-line reporting to the Head of Business Development.

The BDE supports the school’s growth by executing day-to-day lead generation, outreach and business case preparation, feeding the pipeline for either the B2B or B2C channel.

Job Goal

To identify, qualify and nurture prospective partners or families and prepare proposals that enable the Business Development Manager to close deals and achieve enrolment targets. The BDE focuses on tactical activities that convert interest into meetings, events and eventual enrolments.

Career Path:

Opportunity to progress to Business Development Manager (B2B or B2C) and, with experience, to Head of Business Development or senior roles within Admissions & Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential leads in assigned segments (corporate, family, preschool, referral, etc.).
  • Conduct initial outreach by phone, email, social media and in-person to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and enter accurate details into the CRM system; keep pipeline updated daily.
  • Gather data and insights to prepare draft proposals and presentations for review by the BDM.
  • Assist with organization of open houses, briefings, workshops and networking events.
  • Follow up with prospects after events to maintain engagement until hand-off to Admissions or Finance.

Role Purpose

The Admissions Manager – International Curriculum is responsible for driving student enrollment from Chinese expatriate and Chinese-speaking families in Phnom Penh. This role focuses on promoting international curriculum programmes, managing culturally aligned parent engagement, leading targeted enrollment initiatives, and ensuring high conversion and retention within the Chinese parent segment.

To manage daily operations of the school’s retail E-Mart and F&B outlets, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and a safe welcoming environment.

Career Path:

This position offers professional growth toward Operations Manager, or Campus Operations Director, depending on performance and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Store Setup & Operations
  • Set up new restaurant, café, and E-mart.
  • Ensure all equipment (front-of-house and back-of-house) is properly maintained.
  • Maintain inventory, monitor product expiration dates, and manage RTE, bread, milk, and other food items.
  • Ensure all hygiene, sanitation, and operational SOPs are followed.
  • Check daily operational readiness protocols to ensure the store, systems, and staff are prepared for opening, mid-day, and closing processes.
