General Manager – Premium Oriental–Western Fusion Bar & Restaurant (Phnom Penh)
We are seeking a highly capable General Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing operations of a first-of-its-kind Oriental–Western fusion bar and restaurant in central Phnom Penh.
This three-level venue—currently under renovation—will showcase elevated dining, crafted mixology, and immersive social experiences, bringing a new standard of hospitality to the city.
- Lead all pre-opening activities including renovation coordination, layout planning, equipment selection, supplier negotiations, menu rollout, and recruitment of key operational staff.
- Establish all operating procedures such as service flow, bar systems, inventory protocols, hygiene standards, and guest experience guidelines.
- Oversee full daily operations across bar, dining, and rooftop areas to ensure service consistency, smooth coordination, and efficient workflow across all floors.
- Develop, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional hospitality, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and team discipline.
- Maintain high beverage and service standards, especially in cocktail execution, premium spirits handling, and guest engagement.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, purchasing, inventory, and P&L oversight, working closely with ownership to hit targets.
- Drive promotions and customer engagement, collaborating on marketing, events, and seasonal activations to build a loyal customer base.
- Ensure compliance and brand integrity, maintaining the venue’s positioning as a top-tier lifestyle and dining destination in Phnom Penh.

- Managerial experience in premium bars, lounges, or restaurant environments for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Strong background in beverage operations, including cocktails, mixology, and premium spirits; food operations experience is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills with the ability to recruit, train, and inspire a high-performance team.
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to operate effectively during both the pre-opening and operational phases.
- English and Khmer required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Cambodian nationals encouraged; expatriates with strong regional F&B management experience are welcome.
