JACCS is one of the leading company in Japan’s consumer finance sector. JACCS Co., Ltd, started out as provider of monthly installment credit services in Hakodate, Hokkaido, in 1954. Since then, under a founding philosophy that values trust and reliability, JACCS, has continued to expand its business nationwide in Japan and has expanded its business into growth markets in Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia).

Announcement Positions

Manager (Car Loan), Sales

Position Summary

Benefit:

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Transportation Allowance: Provided monthly gasoline allowance for traveling from home to work and back home.
  • Transportation Gasoline: Provided to Outside Staff for Business’s purpose based on roles and responsibilities.
  • Motor Rental: Provided to Outside Staff.
  • Maternity Allowance: Provided for baby delivered to Male and Female staff.
  • Marriage Allowance: Provided to all staffs.
  • Funeral Contribution: Provided to staff for staff’s relative in 1st generation.
  • Outpatient Coverage: Provided to all staffs and staff’s children.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to response to market needs and ensure that the strategies were implemented by staffs under supervision.
  • Oversee portfolio management and set up and maintain control guidelines and principles based on best practices.
  • Supervise and administrate JACCS’s BM, AMG, DBM, Supervisor, Senior Staff, Staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the sales staff performance in terms of number of clients, and outstanding balance to generate company profit.
  • Produce timely, detailed management reports as needed for monitoring and managing all business systems and functions.
  • Ensure organizational quality through review, update, implementation, and adherence to agreed policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Liaise and maintain relationship with all relevant community and opinion leaders, government officials, and local authorities.
  • Oversee loan risk framework and implement sale strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company's corporate strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory provisions regarding risk management, prompt reporting of risk positions, and provision of advice on possible resolutions of critical issues.
  • Lead in providing support and coordinate with other departments such as Credit Control, Collection, IT, HR, Finance and Accounting, etc.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Management and other fields.
  • At least 7 years experience in finance sector, Bank, Leasing, loan, or sales.
  • Proven strong experiences in strategies planning.
  • Effective leadership and Management skills.
  • Good at Computer skills especially, Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver effective results.
  • Excellent communication skills with partnership and stakeholders.

  • Develop applications using Node.js, and other JavaScript frameworks or JAVA. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of both front-end and back-end components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
  • Mentor junior/senior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and career development. Foster a collaborative and learning environment within the team.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems to enhance performance and maintainability.
  • Oversee the deployment of applications in production environments. Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with a focus on Node.js.
  • Proficient in Node.js backend or JAVA, and related frameworks.
  • Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Vue and NuxtJs.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity containerization (e.g., Docker)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Field Investigator Task:
  • Customer visiting and investigation to analyze customer's business for loan approval, financial factors and source of repayment.
  • Prepare credit investigation report to management.
  • Make appointment with customer and the related person.
  • Confirm and take the photo of house and business place of customer if needed.
  • Communicate with the authority or neighbor for check and collect the customer's information and documents.
  • Make sure data collection from field corrected and clear information.
  • Complete daily investigation report.
  • Report daily task (done, pending and problem by team).
  • Keep customer's information in confidential safe and security (CBC reported, Business, Income, Customer's personal document and working document).
  • Field Collector Task:
  • Call to overdue customer, Workplace and Business Place, witness, relative friend, and parents.
  • Visit overdue customer / Current Address/ Workplace and Business Place.
  • Make plan call and visit customer to solve the late payment by customer.
  • Take action and Legal action with customer who late payment with JMC.
  • Reposes Asset and Collected bad debt.
  • Homeland visited and collected bad debt and solve the problem with customer and relative.
  • Update collection reported and both activities (Call and Visit) into JMC system and Excel file.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly target and actual result.
  • Strongly manage and control staff and lead and motivate team.
  • Ensure policy and guideline are complied.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least finish high school or university student in any field.
  • Strong commitment with field work.
  • Be able to drive a motorbike and must have a driving license for motorbike with engine power more than 125 CC.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good calculation and explanation in number.

  • Maintain relationships with sales team by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & in order to achieved with sales target.
  • Work closely with team and all departments.
  • Make good relationship with Dealer and provide good service to customer.
  • Assist sales team to prepare internal documents (Application Form/ Loan Agreement, Disbursal Form, RC control and others).
  • Keep all customers confidential information.
  • Track number of disbursals in daily and update to management.
  • Other task will be assigned by line manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Fresh graduated or university student in Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing or in any related field.
  • Fair knowledge English Language and Ms Word, Excel, and Email.
