Position Summary

Job Purpose:

To oversee and support the sales team in achieving company sales targets by implementing strategies, monitoring performance, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Sales Team Supervision:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales goals, strategies, and performance updates.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to develop team members’ skills.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Execute the sales strategies designed to achieve market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend adjustments in strategies.
  • Assist in developing sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or pesticides industry.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.

Field Promoter / Sales and Technician

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promote the company’s pesticides products to retailers and end-users
  • Conduct field demonstrations of the pesticide products with end-users on their farms.
  • Disseminate information (technical) of the pesticide products to end-users and retailers.
  • Conduct forums or dialogue sessions with end user groups to promote the company’s pesticide products.
  • Sell pesticide products to retailers and end-users / assist to make an order to retailers/end-users
  • Conduct surveys/collect information of the market, competitions and other matters to assist the company to expand the business.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree of Agriculture, and another related field (possible for the fresh graduated).
  • Recognized qualification in agriculture/horticulture preferred but not essential if candidate has agricultural experiences gained from informal training or employment with agriculture-based companies such as plantations, farms or pesticides distributors.
  • Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing). Proficiency limited to simple conversation and writing. Candidate will be encouraged and supported to attend English proficiency classes if required and when hired.

Sales Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Be able to collect the sales daily/monthly data
  • Occasion business travel to provinces with manager/director and supports translation and information collection
  • Support the sales to communicate between clients and management
  • Monitoring sales daily behavior in provinces
  • Organize the customer list in full nation
  • Recording the sales payment that has been collected from clients and arranging for weekly transferring and supporting accounting to review the cash and goods amount of each trip

Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director of a leading agricultural company. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex tasks, and a proactive approach to supporting the Managing Director in achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive matters.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including organizing and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and calls.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for internal and external meetings, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Ensure the Managing Director is well-informed of daily priorities and prepared for upcoming commitments.
  • Communication Management: serve as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, farmers, suppliers, investors, and government agencies.
  • Draft, review, and respond to emails, memos, reports, and other business correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Ensure effective and clear communication within the leadership team and across the organization.

Quality Assurance Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Working with the Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to run the purchasing department
  • Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
  • Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
  • Signing and reviewing purchasing agreements with vendors, monitoring their performance and renegotiating contracts
  • Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management
  • Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
  • Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies

Position Summary

Job Summary:

  • Be able to design and perform of demonstration plan for company staff to conduct the demo, and monitoring the results from each staff
  • Search for the good Ai or new Ai which might be good to apply in local market
  • Annual new products testing and update to the management team about results
  • Regular promoting plan for each season and follow-up
  • Maintain good relationship with key farmers & depots of each province
  • Design the combination of pesticides mixture of each key area

Durian Expert Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Durian Expert/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in durian cultivation and a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of durian farmers. This role will primarily involve assisting our customers—who are dealers and distributors of our pesticide products—in effectively reaching out to and supporting durian farmers. The consultant will provide expert advice on durian farming practices and help promote our products as part of sustainable and effective durian cultivation.

  • Customer Support & Training:
  • Assist customers in identifying and connecting with durian farmers.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the specific needs and challenges of durian farming.

Position Summary

In addition, the Procurement Officer will accompany the Director on international trips, particularly to China, to attend exhibitions related to pesticides and fertilizers, with the objective of identifying new suppliers and staying updated on industry trends.
