REDD+ Technical Manager, Vuen Sai Siem Pang (One Position)

Position Summary:
The Technical Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end development and ongoing management of a REDD+ project in the Vuen Sai Siem Pang (VSSP) landscape. The role will provide strategic and technical leadership in ensuring the REDD+ project meets the highest standards, including Climate, Community and Biodiversity (CCB) and Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) certification requirements. This includes leading the development of the Project Design Document (PDD), coordinating technical assessments, stakeholder consultations, and compliance with national and international carbon standards. It will work closely with the Program Manager and Thematic Managers to ensure implementation is on track, to budget and conducted to a high quality.
Vuen Sai Siem Pang Program Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary:
The Program Manager is a core role in the team dedicated to ensuring that the activities of the projects working in the Vuen Sai Siem Pang Landscape (VSSP) are completed on time, to budget and according to donor and CI requirements. Under the Matrix Management Structure, the Program Manager will work closely with Thematic Managers and other Program Managers to ensure efficient use of resource allocation and clear communication between teams. With support from the Finance and Admin Team, this position is responsible for ensuring that budgets for this landscape are spent effectively and efficiently. In addition, this position will ensure that donor reporting is completed on-time and fitting donor requirements, and that all internal and external communications for the landscape are conducted professionally and targeted. Supported by the Safeguard Manager, the Program Manager will ensure that all activities under the landscape adhere to CI and Donor Safeguarding requirements.
Community and Livelihood Senior Coordinators (8 Positions)

Reporting to: Community and Livelihood Senior Manager
Duty Station: Field office in Ratanakiri/Stung Treng (TBC) with travel to targeted areas
Position Summary:
The Community and Livelihood Senior Coordinator will lead to support the capacity and agency of the communities who are participating in the VSSP Project, to engage with all other active stakeholders in the Project. The position will initially lead community consultations and the development of benefit sharing mechanism. Within the benefit sharing mechanism, CI will establish a Village REDD+ Facilitator Group in each targeted village. This is a locally based institution which represents the targeted communities and can be used as a vehicle for activities, information flows, participatory decision making and external representation. After they have been formed, this position will lead to strengthen and support the operational and managerial capacity of these institutions to engage with the REDD+ Project activities. This will primarily focus on supporting the communities to generate, receive and use carbon revenue generated from the VSSP REDD+ project.

Program Support Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary:
The Program Support Coordinator provides important support to the Vuen Sai Siem Pang Landscape and partners to enable the smooth functioning of the program. This includes project administration, event management, field visit and capacity building coordination, documentation coordination and filing, new staff induction support and overall programmatic support as required. The position will be guided by the Cambodia Landscapes Lead and will work with all thematic teams of the program. Alongside all Conservation International Staff, this position will work to ensure that the project is in compliance with safeguards, gender and other donor and CI requirements and will also help to mainstream and raise the profile of diversity, equity, and inclusion at the project level.
Finance and Admin Coordinator (1 Position)

Duty Station: Field Office in Ratanakiri/Stung Treng (TBC), with travel to targeted areas
Position Summary:
This is 3 years-GGN Projects, the Finance and Admin Coordinator (FAC) is in charge of managing project funding as well as other operational and administrative tasks (Inclusive office management and asset management). In addition to providing financial and technical management to ensure the optimum use of resources through the creation of solid budgets, monitoring of project expenses, and timely compilation of donor financial reports, the FAC will oversee all finance management and reporting on the project's performance.
Safeguards Coordinator (1 Position)

Reporting to: Safeguard Senior Manager
Duty Station: Phnom Penh, with travel to targeted Provinces
Position Summary:
The Safeguards Coordinator will primarily work to ensure that Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs) and marginalized groups in the Programs are safeguarded against adverse impacts, harm, and are actively and fairly engaged in project activities. The Safeguards Coordinator will lead to implementing and socializing the Accountability and Grievance Redress Mechanisms in the program, ensuring that the participating communities have easily and trust accessible and confidential access points to submit any grievances or feedback through the grievance channels and/or directly to the appropriate management. While a large part of the role will be to form relationships and trust with the community, they will also support the project teams to develop and roll out safeguards plans which ensure the equitable and representative participation of marginalized groups in the project, especially Indigenous Peoples, Women and People with Disabilities.
MEAL Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary:
The MEAL Coordinator supports the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems for VEUN SAI-SIEM PANG REDD+ project. Working under the guidance of the MEAL Manager, the Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to support evidence-base decision-making and adaptive management.
