- To maintain appropriated policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control treasury activities;
- To prepare management report such as budget variances analysis, estimation, financial projection, financial statement timely and accurately;
- To produce all statutory reporting including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports as required by regulators such as NBC, ACAR, …;
- To take an appointment and timely actions to monitor and control company financial health;
- To advice and support to decision makers at all levels;
- To coordinate annual audit process with the appointed auditors timely;
- To be responsible for updating Accounting and Finance related Legal and Compliance;
- Other tasks assigned by manager;
- CAT or Bachelor Degree in Accounting& Fiance
- Diploma or Certificate of Cambodian Tax Law is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years experiences in Accounting& Fiance with at least 2 years in superior role.
- Understand Cambodia Tax;
- Understand CIFRS and NBC regulations;
- Knowledge core banking is a plus
- Computer literacy in MS Word; MS PowerPoint; Advance Excel and Microsoft office 365 is plus
- Ability to work independently and can manage team well.
- Good in English both writting and speaking.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus

- Ensure database backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures are effective and tested regularly.
- Continuously monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning measures to optimize performance.
- Analyze query performance and recommend improvements in application queries or indexes.
- Regularly review user access and permissions, and audit logs to ensure data access aligns with bank policies.
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, including backup plans, clustering, and replication.
- Establish high availability solutions, such as failover clustering, replication, and log shipping to ensure minimal downtime.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for database structures, configurations, processes, and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues quickly and accurately to minimize disruption to banking operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator, preferably in banking, finance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with RDBMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Database Management Systems (DBMS): Strong knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Performance Tuning: Proficient in performance tuning techniques, including indexing, query optimization, and database configuration.
- High Availability and Replication: Expertise in clustering, replication, log shipping, and failover mechanisms.
- Backup and Recovery Tools: Experience with backup tools and disaster recovery solutions.
- Security: Skilled in implementing database security, encryption, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex database issues.
