Marketing Supervisor
Location : Head Office
- Prepare effective sales & marketing strategy that adhere to budgets
- Train marketing teams to the excellence
- Develop strong Public Relation & Networking with B2B, other school and community, etc.
- Create consistent powerful branding awareness and objectives
- Expand product lines and services with better solutions
- Responsible for business analysis, expansion and development
- Organize school events and other marketing related activities to generate sales
- Organize & facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events (notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting)
- Design print ads and publication, Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Create a strong social media to boost consumer’s engagement & sales via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Propose effective promotion strategies & tools to boost up the enrollment & sales
- Gather and analyze customer feedback internal & external

Academic Coordinator

- Teachers: Discipline, quality of teaching, attendance, communication, teaching schedule, counseling, attitude, grooming, participation & engagement, competition, events & activities, training, observation, and evaluation, etc.
- Parents: Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, general services & support, etc.
- Document Management: Prepare, manage & archive all documents both hard & soft and submit the
- required documents to the ministry.

Accounting Supervisor
Location : Head Office (Phnom Penh)
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Team Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance on accounting procedures.
- Assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, GL).
- Ensure all accruals, prepayments, and adjustments are accurately recorded.
- 4. Audit & Tax Coordination
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Ensure timely submission of tax returns (VAT, CIT, WHT, etc.).
- Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and implement automation/improvements.

- Assist the Finance Manager in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

- Payroll & Expense Management
- Review payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor employee expense reimbursements and company credit cards.
- Tax Management & Compliance
- Tax Reporting & Filings: Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of all tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and payroll taxes.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Tax Audits & Disputes: Act as the primary contact for tax authorities during audits or inquiries.
- Resolve tax discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
- Tax Planning & Optimization: Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise management on tax-efficient strategies.
- Review transfer pricing policies (if applicable) to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
- Tax Reconciliation & Documentation:
- Maintain proper records for tax audits, including supporting documents for deductions and exemptions.
- Reconcile tax accounts (e.g., deferred tax assets/liabilities) in the general ledger.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in education or service sectors is a plus.
