Logistics Manager

Position Summary

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's supply chain and logistics operations. This includes developing and implementing logistics strategies, optimizing transportation and warehousing, managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in logistics management within the Cambodian context.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Plan,
  • execute, and monitor the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Optimize logistics processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse providers, and other logistics partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Cambodian customs regulations, transportation laws, and safety standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and warehousing operations, implementing best practices for stock control and accuracy.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
  • Utilize logistics software and technology to track shipments, manage inventory, and analyze performance data.
  • Prepare and manage the logistics budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, particularly within Cambodia and the ASEAN region.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in logistics and supply chain management, with a significant portion in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Cambodian logistics environment, including understanding of local infrastructure, regulations, and common practices.
  • Chinese language would be a great advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and domestic transportation.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer and English.

Logistics Operation Staff

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks within the logistics department, supporting the Logistics Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods. This role involves coordinating shipments, liaising with suppliers and carriers, tracking orders, managing documentation, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments from origin to destination.
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange transportation and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock take and reconciliation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the logistics system and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and company policies.

Site Engineering Supervisor & Assistant To Project Owner

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of residential construction projects in Phnom Penh. This role will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will act as a direct assistant to the Residence Construction Owner, providing crucial support in project coordination, communication, and site management.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, workers, and material deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Monitor work progress and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders on-site, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
  • Inspect work performed to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to the Residence Construction Owner.
  • Manage and track on-site materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Resolve on-site problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress photos.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the Residence Construction Owner regarding site-related matters.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Assist the owner in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Accompany the owner on site visits and provide relevant information.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in Mandarin and Khmer, to build relationships, understand customer needs, present products or services effectively, and close sales within the Cambodian market.

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing Chinese-speaking customers through various channels (e.g., calls, emails, meetings).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, understanding their specific requirements and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate company products or services clearly and persuasively to Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals in Mandarin and/or English as required.
