Position Summary:
The Market Research & Data Officer plays a critical role in supporting CTB’s evidence-based marketing and promotion. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research on global tourism trends and market behavior, collecting and analyzing data from various international and local sources, and generating reports and insights to guide marketing strategy. The officer will also monitor the impact of campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with the team to refine promotional efforts.
While the staff is expected to carry out most responsibilities independently, training and guidance will be provided where needed.
- Conduct research on global travel trends, source markets, and consumer behavior
- Collect and manage international tourism data (arrivals, demographics,…)
- Analyze data to generate insights for campaign targeting
- Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance using KPIs and
- digital analytics
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to inform internal decision-making
- Support the planning of overseas promotions by providing data-based rationale
- Maintain a structured tourism statistics database and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments for data-driven storytelling and content creation
- Assist in developing annual reports and performance review documents
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in tourism research and market intelligence
- Support to develop and implement related SOPs, guidelines, manuals, and checklists to standardize tasks and workflows—both internally and with partners—to ensure smoother, more predictable operations

- Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in tourism market research, data analysis, or consulting is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Officer level, and at least 3 years for Officer level
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Senior Partnership & B2B Officer
Location: CTB Office in Phnom Penh, Frequent travel may be required for trade negotiations, partner meetings, tourism fairs, and familiarization (FAM) trip coordination—both domestically and internationally.

Position Summary:
The Partnership & B2B Officer is responsible for building and managing relationships with tourism partners such as airlines, OTAs, DMCs, tour operators, travel agencies, hotels and others. The officer will coordinate collaborative campaigns, FAM trips, and international trade shows, support negotiations, and maintain a strong partner database. The role contributes to expanding Cambodia’s reach in key international markets through effective public-private collaboration.

- Coordinate joint promotional activities with airlines, OTAs, and media
- Support development and execution of co-branded tourism campaigns
- Organize and facilitate familiarization (FAM) trips for partners
- Represent CTB at international travel fairs and tourism forums
- Negotiate and draft MoUs or agreements with partners
- Maintain and regularly update a B2B partner database
- Monitor the performance of partnerships and document best practices
