Engineering Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new products and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects from planning to implementation and evaluation.
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment and production systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement new technologies that can improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • Lead and provide direction to the engineering team in technical projects.
  • Handle technical issues that arise during the production process and provide effective solutions.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial, electrical, mechanical, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of product development and industrial processes.
  • Strong managerial skills and experience leading teams.
  • Experience in engineering project management and quality control.
  • Proficient in using CAD, CAM, or other software relevant to the field.
  • Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE, for managing production data and inventory.
 
 

Finance Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare the company's annual budget and financial projections. Manage the allocation of financial resources to support business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial ratio analysis and performance analysis to provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure smooth cash management to support the company’s operations.
  • Oversee the company’s tax compliance and report taxes according to the applicable regulations.
  • Monitor and control the budget to align with the plan and ensure the efficient use of financial resources.
  • Interact with external auditors, banks, and other relevant parties to meet the company's financial obligations.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and corporate financial management.
  • Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE (JD Edwards), as well as accounting software and Microsoft Excel proficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 
 

Export-Import Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company’s export-import strategy to expand international markets.
  • Oversee and ensure international shipments comply with regulations, are timely, and within budget.
  • Communicate and negotiate with international suppliers and customers to reach favorable agreements.
  • Ensure that all export-import processes comply with applicable regulations and laws, including obtaining permits and related documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand global market trends.
  • Manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, customs duties, and international trade regulations.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export-import, especially in relevant industries.
  • Understanding of export-import regulations, customs duties, and international trade laws.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Ability to negotiate with international suppliers and customers.
  • Market analysis and international logistics management skills.
  • Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE.
 
 

IT Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goals to support operations and growth.
  • Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software) to ensure optimal and secure performance.
  • Manage security policies and procedures to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of internal application systems and IT platforms used by the company.
  • Provide technical support to all departments regarding system and IT equipment usage.
  • Ensure that all IT systems function properly and analyze and improve system performance periodically.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security, and software applications.
  • Skills in designing and managing IT projects as well as troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-department teams.
  • Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE, and other IT platforms.
  • Experience in managing ERP systems and integrating software with business processes.
 
 

Purchasing Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop an efficient purchasing strategy and ensure the procurement of goods aligns with the company's budget and needs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, ensure quality, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are sufficient without overstocking or stockouts.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on product quality, price, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Manage and control the purchasing budget to ensure it stays within the approved plan.
  • Ensure that all purchasing processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and proper documentation.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and maintain necessary documentation for efficient inventory management.
