Relationship Manager

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Chbar Ampov, Kamboul, Kampot, and Preah Sihanouk Branch

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Support branches to drive growth in the bank's products and services, especially to support branches to grow the deposit & Non-Loan targets by buildup networking/pipeline/potential Business owner’s across region.
  • Ensure that all branches under own region are profit, grow banking business from year to year, and maintain good loan quality.
  • Mentor, coach and support Branch Managers, helping them to be successful and fulfilled producers and leaders.
  • Provide leadership, accountability and support to Branch Managers in completion of the annual Branch Assessment and Planning Tool.
  • Manage the sales and service operations.
  • Manage Loan Quality consist of controlling collection and default solving.
  • Support the branches evaluate and process MSME/SME loans.
  • Coordinate effective staff coverage within assigned region.
  • Plan, organize and deliver effective regional meetings and other training as necessary.
  • Reduce error and improve audit finding.
  • Maintain effective, positive relationships with branch managers and other staff by consistent in-branch visits, phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree holders in Business/ Finance preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant supervisory experience in sales & service operations
  • Ability to understand business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR etc.
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis, loans securitization and loans asset supervision abilities
  • Good time management and effective leadership skills.
 
 

Lending Specialist, SME

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Monivong, Chbar Ampov, Norodom, Teuk Thla, Mean Chey, Kampot, Kampong Cham, and Paoy Paet Branch

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Acquires new SME borrower and grow SME loan book at the branch
  • Evaluate loan applications and submit a comprehensive analyzed credit memo.
  • Ensure that bank’s credit principles and policies are followed and complied.
  • Ensure that deviations from the bank’s credit management processes/procedures/policies are identified and properly addressed.
  • Collect supporting documents from borrowers for the loan applications and to verify the repayment sources of income.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections where necessary to verify the applications and attend meeting with borrowers to discuss loan proposals to understand their businesses.
  • Make sound recommendations based on quality analysis and ensure timely submission of the credit memos for approval.
  • Response to queries raised by Credit Risk Management Team on the loan applications
  • Monitor the loans review date and ensure prompt review of loans.
  • Monitor progressive loans and post-disbursement conditions to ensure compliance of conditions imposed.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents for the Corporate Borrowers.
  • Liaising and follow up with CAD for the issuance of LO and loans releases.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in banking and finance or related file
  • At least 3 years of experience in Banking 
  • Skills/knowledge in Loan processing and Sales
  • Ability to acquires loan and deposit customer
  • Sound written and verbal English communication skills. Chinese Speaking is an additional advantage
  • Computer Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
 
 

Lending Specialist, Retail

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Chbar Amov, Steung Meanchey, Mean Chey, Mao Tse Tung, and Kampuchea Krom Branch

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Achieved the individual target provided by bank on Retail loans (Home Loan and Car Loan) and Personal Loan
  • Handle Retail Loan processing, prepare memo, evaluate loan application in accordance to the CL, HL and PL policy/guideline and verify other supporting documents.
  • Build more relationship and manage the issue arising from assigned car garages and developers to increase the pipeline and sustainable businesses.
  • Cross sale other bank products to our new and existing customers before and after sale.
  • Referral the potential car dealer/distributor and developers to be our partnership
  • Provide the best quality customer service to existing customer and new customer in order to gain their trust and respect for future referral
  • Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance and Banking or any related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with commercial bank and retail Lending
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team member
  • Must be willing to travel and possess own transport
  • Ability to propose, plan and execute marketing strategies
  • Articulate with strong writing skill in English and Khmer
  • Literate in Microsoft software (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
 
 

Lending Specialist, MSME

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Boeng Keng Kang, Ta Khmau, Doun Kaev, Preah Sihanouk, S'ang, Kaoh Thum, Ponhea Lueu, Serei Saophoan, Kamrieng, Rotonak Mondol, Suong, Prey Chhor, Kampong Trabaek, Kampong Chhnang, and Svay Rieng Branch

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customer’s needs.
  • Prospect new clients and assist them for loan application.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
  • Conduct loan appraisal, collect detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties), and arrange to open new loan account.
  • Prepare and execute loan application/credit memo.
  • Monitor/follow up customer repayment daily and solve later repayment in a timely manner, avoiding the debt being a serious debt.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Loan products and others banks’ products & services.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Performs other various duties as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or Finance and Banking or in any related field.
  • At least 2 year’s experience in Microfinance or banking industry or another related field
  • Acceptable written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English).
  • Good commitment in fieldwork and strong willing to work with rural people.
  • Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations.
  • Sound working knowledge of Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Email).
  • Honesty, Initiative, creatively, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, and able to manage and lead team for success
