Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced in Leasing Manager is responsible for oversee and ensure the strategy plan, activities of residential, commercial, and legal documents, as well as manage leasing properties. This role involves driving leasing strategies, managing a leasing team, and ensuring the property is consistently occupied at competitive rates and strong understanding of market trends, leasing negotiations, and tenant relationships, and will work closely with the property management and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in property management or leasing may be considered.
  • Proven experience (typically 4-5 years) in leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee Event and Gym operation.
  • Achieve and increase event revenue
  • Anticipate tenant needs, assure positive and prompt response to service requests
  • Assisting client with side visit and quotation.
  • Achieve and assign leasing goals in accordance with the community strategy
  • Assign and proof all daily leasing conference room paperwork

Position Summary

Job Summary: To lead and drive accounts payable and reporting and tax team for cash management, financial planning, performance Monitoring, and management reporting which includes monitoring collection, managing payment gateway, financial forecasting, tax declaration and budget planning to support the Finance Manager in developing and monitoring business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the finance manager to develop financial policies to ensure operational efficiency
  • Analyse the management information, investigating major variances, highlighting key trends, and asking questions as appropriate where additional information is required.
  • Review and evaluate for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Provides analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Identify and measure key success drivers
  • Monitor the cash inflow and cash outflow to ensure there is no insufficient cash
  • Monitor bank and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Oversee and control of the financial performance of the business with the approved budget
  • Assist with financial forecasting, and modelling
  • Assist manager to establish a timetable, developing data templates, business unit review / presentation packs, with plans, budgets, and financial forecast
  • Ensure monthly and yearly tax calculations and declare tax to the General Department of Taxation correctly and minimize tax risks

Job Summary: Client Relation Officer is responsible for candidate to full fill the title as Client Relation Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handling tenant complaint
  • Handling all access card requests
  • Keep tracking and recording internal document
  • Document Translation from Khmer/ English to (Chinese and Chinese to Khmer/ English)
  • Manage communication with clients (internal and external)
  • Support management with emergency response
  • Handling tenant move-in process
  • Handle unit handover to tenant/owner
  • Arrange announcements and communicate to the tenant
  • Handling penalty for any tenant who breaks internal Rules
  • Keep track and update tenant data in the Master List file
  • Request Forms (Event, Access Card, bring in, Fit out, Work Permit, Advertisement, Parking, Other Services)
  • Manage company outlook and ensure efficient response
  • Work with HOD to ensure tenant satisfaction with their complaint
  • Handle tenant work order requests and communicate with the relevant department
  • Support FO receptionist to welcome new tenant

Account Receivable Officer

Position Summary

Report to AR Supervisor

Job Summary: AR Officer is responsible for minimal AR outstanding as per planning and works with the related department to manage AR & invoicing issue procedure and have a good relationship with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customer statements, bills, and invoices and reconcile payments to the general ledger.
  • Investigate discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
  • Stay up to date on all promotions and special offers
  • Deliver invoices to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment
  • Follow up and collect payment.
  • Submit daily collection and outstanding reports to management
  • Prepare monthly receivable statements.
  • Post revenue into the system.

  • Reconcile collection and cash receipt and deposit into banks

Working Conditions:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Drive Staff: Safely take staffs to appointments, events, and airports.
  • Maintain Vehicle: Keep the car clean, fueled, and in good condition. Report any issues.
  • Plan Routes: Use GPS to find the quickest routes and avoid traffic.
  • Help Staffs: Assist Staffs with getting in and out of the car and with material.
  • Keep Information Private: Respect staffs' privacy and keep their travel plans confidential.
  • Manage Schedule: Be available for last-minute requests and changes.
  • Follow Safety Rules: Obey traffic laws and ensure everyone's safety.
  • Handle Emergencies: Be ready to deal with breakdowns or emergencies
  • Experience: Previous driving experience is a plus.
