National Sales Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Distributor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective market coverage and consistent product availability.
  • Develop distributor performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Optimize distributor networks, ensuring efficiency in supply chain, inventory management, and compliance with service agreements.
  • Channel Management (Modern and General Trade):
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
  • Build relationships with key Modern Trade accounts and lead negotiations for annual contracts, shelf placements, and promotions.
  • Oversee strategies to penetrate General Trade channels, focusing on route-to-market efficiency and retailer engagement.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, including Provincial Sales Representatives.
  • Set clear KPIs for the sales team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Trade Marketing Integration:

  • Align trade marketing plans with distributor and channel strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial and Operational Management:
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of trade spend and promotional resources.
  • Track P&L performance for sales initiatives and deliver consistent ROI.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring profitability targets are met.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a national or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in distributor management and channel-specific strategies for Modern and General Trade.
  • Exposure to trade marketing and in-store promotional execution is highly preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, or consumer goods sectors is strongly desired.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, P&L management, and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Product and Brand Coordinator (Consumer Health Business Leader) (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing the Consumer Health / Pet Foods Business Unit and for all sales and marketing activities related to the department.
  • Developing and negotiating the annual sales target, in collaboration with their direct report to align on revenue contributions.
  • Developing and executing the brands’ channel and sales plan, developing awareness and interest, starting pilots, listing products, negotiating discounts, listing fees and trade marketing activities and contributions.
  • Developing price and promotion strategies, be responsible for value chains / P&Ls of individual retail chains per SKU as well as monitoring price differences between channels during normal sales periods and events.
  • Exploring, developing and negotiating new business opportunities in consumer health portfolio additions
  • Initiates ideas for cost efficiency and cross functional synergies and opportunities.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 4 years+ related working experience with a successful track record in sales and or business development roles.
  • Having additional Marketing or Trade Marketing experience or successful track record in start-ups and new product development is highly regarded.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade and pharmacy channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies).
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and stock monitoring to ensure timely product availability.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and key accounts. Ensure promotional material is available and implemented according to guidelines.
  • Sales Targets: Assist in achieving yearly sales targets by closely monitoring sales data, identifying opportunities, and resolving issues that impact performance.

  • Assist in information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection to safeguard company data. Ensure company networks, computers devices are secure, free from viruses, spy ware and malware… etc.
  • Provide day-to-day IT technical support to staff: Software & hardware, business system, and Microsoft 365.
  • Hardware, Software, Systems and Networks Function. e.g: Computers, software, printers, devices, Wi-Fi, Internet, CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control. IT-related systems and services are provided and support to staff, so they can perform their work. IT-related systems are maintained in good-working order.
  • Data Backup Plan ensures business continuity, in the event of hardware or software failure.
  • Exploring and developing new capabilities (new ways to improve business via technologies, e.g. AI integration)
  • Assist in develop/up-to-date IT documentation
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Year 4 or Year-end internship program or Fresh graduated in computer sciences/IT
  • Good computer skills, hardware installation, software setup and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites ….
  • Knowledge of Windows server, Computer network, and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
  • Be able to communicate in English (e.g. listening and writing skills)
  • Adaptable and able to work both independently and with a team
  • Action-oriented capability and be able to learn quickly
