About our center: CRMW (Center of Reintegration for Migrant Worker)

Return migrant workers themselves are the human capital who bring innovative idea, systematic work procedures, highly efficient production method, and business skills. They will be expected to become a national strength for the country eventually as well as enhance their personal development.

Our center had created as of an ODA project and was established through cooperation between the Human resource of Development Service of Korea and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational training in Cambodia. It is a reintegration center that provides vocational training that is desired in the job market to migrant workers who have worked in other countries and returned to Cambodia, and to those who want to start a business, it provides entrepreneurship education to help them succeed in starting a business. Our center helps migrant worker to settle down economically and professionally not only in Cambodia but also in other countries.

Announcement Positions

Coordinator of the Welding Training Course (1 Position)

Position Summary

Education Planning Review, Management of Instructors and Support Staff, Conducting and Managing On-Site Training, Post-Training Management and Feedback Collection, Budget Management and Record-Keeping

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall management of each training, attendance, finding job sites, and providing employment-related information.
  • Communication and cooperation with external organizations related to migrant workers
  • Promote and guide the center's vocational training programs
  • Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents for related tasks
  • Assist in organizing the Center's events
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of CRMW
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • BA degree or comparable qualification
  • A high-level understanding the job market status in the Welding filed
  • At least 4 years of professional working experience in a similar position
  • Computer skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Khmer language skills, Korean language is an advantage
  • Strong customer service orientation and Excellent communication skills
  • Very good networking facilitating collaboration to achieve objectives

  • Which welding methods are commonly used in Cambodia and which are expected to be in high demand in the future due to industrial development?

  • Monitoring and responsible for the overall management of training and attendance
  • Communication and cooperation with external organizations related to migrant workers
  • Promote and guide the center's vocational training programs
  • Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents for related tasks
  • Assist in organizing the Center's events
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of CRMW
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • At least 4 years of professional working experience in a similar position

  • Introduce your expertise and past achievements in applied area industry
