F & A Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Analyzing
  • Directs and controls company accounting processes and financial reporting in compliance with general accepted according principles, tax requirements and corporate guidelines, resulting in an accurate and timely report
  • Analytically reviews the financial data on its correctness and completeness at every month-end closing, by comparing to previous months and budget.
  • Analyze operating results including expense and working capital variance vs budget. Monitor debtor ratio, AP days, inventory days, capital spending and cash investment
  • Proactively analyzes and interprets financial data for Management Team
  • Monitoring & Report
  • Assist and advise the General Manager in various financial and business related matters.
  • Work with management team to review and improve the effectiveness of the finance processes including month end closing, reporting, system integration & work flow
  • Maintain & Develop
  • Provides timely and accurate statutory reports and tax reporting for the companies.
  • Maintains and improves company accounting system, internal controls, policies and procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting processes, safeguard assets and properly manage business risks
  • Act as company contact person for and coordinates with Revenue department and external auditor.
  • Oversees and controls the work of accounting teams to maintain an effectiveness and efficiency of companies accounting system

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Education/Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting
  • Experiences with ERP accounting system and processes, with knowledge of BPIC is an advantage
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting Policy and Local Tax is A must
  • Expertise in reporting, budgeting & financial analysis
  • Expertise in general accounting and cost accounting
  • Good command of English is required

Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Role

Marketing Manager, TOA Coatings (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, with the mandate to make TOA a Leading Brand in Myanmar. A member of the Management Team, reporting to the Country Manager.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop, propose, and execute the Country Strategy, and Marketing Plans;
  • Jointly responsible for the Country Net Sales, Gross Margins, and Marketing Cost Centre;
  • Responsible for the Marketing Mix: Product Management including New Product Development, Positioning/Price Management, Proposing Place/Channel Strategy, and Promotions;
  • Promotions encompasses Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions, ATL/BTL, 360 Degree Communications, and Brand Building / Activations;
  • Marketing Team Management, and development;
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Age: 25-35 years;
  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management, with Financial literacy;
  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Leadership role either in the Paint or Consumer Products Industry;
  • Type: Strategic, intelligent, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented, strong execution skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skills;
  • Competencies: meeting the TOA DNA;

  • Planning

  • Seeking project information in responsible area and site visit to follow up project progress
  • Solving sales issued and coordinate with related department to find the solution
  • Coordinate with Finance dept to invoice and follow up debit note
