- Identify sales growth opportunities and produce a business plan to increase sales in all core concepts.
- Drive active promotion through joint visits, presentations, and coordination of sales activity toward target customers and projects.
- Gain an understanding of customers’ requirements in order to specify the best paint systems commensurate with customers’ functional needs, budgets, and our chasing policies.
- Assist the Sales Manager in tracking the sales performance against budgeted turnover, and manageable cost targets and take corrective action as required to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
- Administer customers’ complaints by managing correspondences, communicating with customers, and coordinating with affiliated functions to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Administer data pertaining to sales and products by extracting and consolidating data from MIS and IFS, preparing regular reports, and managing customer and product information in order to follow up on the sales KPIs.
- Support marketing events to ensure Jotun is represented in a professional way and within Jotun Corporate Identity Guidelines.
- Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales or marketing.

Job Description Summary
Support the HR department by performing administrative and clerical tasks to support HR procedures and policies. Implement and execute HR administrative processes. May take ownership and work independently within assigned tasks and areas.
This position report to HR Manager and base in Phnom Penh.

Job Description Summary
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
This position report to Sales Manager and base in Phnom Penh and require available for travelling at province.

This position will be the Administer and execute Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions through timely and accurate processing, matching, coding and updating into relevant systems in accordance with company policy and procedures in order to provide regular, up-to-date, and accurate information on status or deviations.
This position is based in Phnom Penh and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

- Handle all supplier payments for local and overseas vendors by preparing, checking, verifying, posting, and signing all payment vouchers to ensure compliance to payment agreed terms.
- Maintain customer receivables set and meet collection targets on a regular basis by monitoring or controlling payment behavior by controlling credit limits and terms to ensure a healthy customer receivables portfolio.
- Assist and comply with all VAT regulations as per local requirements if required.
