The School Nurse is responsible for delivering effective and efficient health care/treatment to students whilst maintaining safety and well-being of the students.

- Provides medical care to students;
- Sends children to the closest hospital if needed;
- Notifies parents of illnesses or symptoms that happen to children;
- Tracks diseases of children regularly;
- Notifies parents or guardians of nature of the disease of children;
- Pays attention to the surrounding environment to prevent factors which can cause common infections such as cold, fever and diarrhea;
- Plans and develops health activities for the campus to promote students’ healthy habits;
- Arranges professional treatment facilities;
- Prepares and reviews all materials to make sure that there is enough medical equipment and ensures safe and hygienic treatment of students;
- Reports kids' health issues to the management;
- Orient the staff and teach specific medical procedures for the evaluation and maintenance of the medically involved student in the classroom;
- Prepare and maintain student clinic records and prepare required reports;

Executive, Operations
Department: OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Report to: Senior Executive, Operations
General description:
The Executive, Operations is under the direction of the Sr. Executive, operations and in collaboration with Operations Manager provides supervision in matters pertaining to; the enforcement of Admin policies for staff, coordinating campus maintenance, and supervising operation staff.
Executive, operations assist Sr. Executive for operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of their campus. They ensure that all students and staff are safe, healthy, and treated fairly at all times.
Position Type: Full Time – Regular (Monday – Friday, Saturday: half-day)

- Manage, monitor, support, and evaluate subordinates including operation office staff, security guards, cleaners, food helpers, and drivers.
- Complete a weekly report on the status of all areas of responsibilities to your manager, submission every Thursday by 12pm.
- Work closely with the designated team to make sure all tasks are done and they are well-organized.
- Assigned staff to replace any operations staff that are absent or if they need additional support during busy times.
- Coordinating the efforts of security guards and other staff members who are responsible for maintaining order on campus

- Patrol grounds regularly to detect unsafe items, and maintenance issues and to ensure all lights and A/C are switched off and doors are locked in the evenings.
- Supervises students in public areas before, during, and after school to assure good order, discipline, and adherence to school rules.
- Keep good communication with school neighbors private and commercial, to ensure a free flow of information.
- Prevent the presence of unauthorized persons on the campus and prevent unauthorized leaving from the campus by students and staff, especially outside of official school break times (staff and students only).
- Schedule and monitor repairs, and pest control services within the campus.
