Manager, Environment, Social and Governance (1 Position)
Department/ Branch: Company Secretariat & Legal Department
- Set up a roadmap of creation of ESG awareness, a culture of being ESG driven & compliant and finally to be ESG ready in the bank.
- Coordinate with the selected rater to identify client protection gaps and work with relevant departments to fill in the gaps and get Client Protection Certification.
- Identify and manage non-financial risks and opportunities inherent in the bank’s day to day activities.
- Create training materials and streamline Client Protection Principles and ESG concept to all branches (clearly record number of trainings provided and participants to the training)
- Attain an acceptable ESG rating for the bank when it is available.
- Manage social performance activities by working with staff from relevant departments, branch offices, sub-branch offices for ESG-related or Client Protection- related activities.
- Prepare ESG and client protection report quarterly for the BOD and annually the Bank’s annual report, or another related reports required by competent authorities.
- Other tasks assigned by Head, Company Secretariat.
- At least University Degree preferred in environmental science, business sustainability, finance, etc.
- Experience in social enterprises, client protections and ESG with International NGOs or financial sectors will be helpful.
- Strong inter-personal skills for communication within the bank is essential.

Product Designer (3 Positions)
Department/ Branch: Digital Banking Department.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations within the digital banking landscape.
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, developers, marketers) to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences, ensuring smooth and intuitive workflows for all digital banking products.
- Develop design systems and branding guidelines for consistent presentation across platforms.
- Test and iterate on designs through user testing and data analysis to ensure optimal user experience.
- Proactively advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in fintech and digital banking.
- Develop and present compelling communication materials to stakeholders and colleagues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong focus on digital banking or financial services (a plus).

Product Owner (2 Positions)
Department/ Branch: Digital Banking Department.
- Communicate the vision and collaborate with all related departments: digital technical teams, IT team, Card team, business team to drive development and plan on execution.
- Develop product detail; project requirements/ use cases/ user stories for clarity of development scope.
- Enforce Scrum development framework across the development team.
- Plan feature releases and manage effective launch to market.
- Ensure feature release is of quality and on schedule.
- Conduct training to other departments including but not limited to Product Sales and Contact Center.
- Document and maintain effective product backlog and related documentation.
- Collaborate in R&D activities and the creation of proof of concept of all new initiatives.

- Review all activity security alert and analyst on endpoint detection and response tool.
- Review, analyst, and to fix vulnerabilities on security assessment to make sure that systems running smoothly.
