Announcement Positions

Manager, Environment, Social and Governance (1 Position)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Company Secretariat & Legal Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Set up a roadmap of creation of ESG awareness, a culture of being ESG driven & compliant and finally to be ESG ready in the bank.
  • Coordinate with the selected rater to identify client protection gaps and work with relevant departments to fill in the gaps and get Client Protection Certification.
  • Identify and manage non-financial risks and opportunities inherent in the bank’s day to day activities.
  • Create training materials and streamline Client Protection Principles and ESG concept to all branches (clearly record number of trainings provided and participants to the training)
  • Attain an acceptable ESG rating for the bank when it is available.
  • Manage social performance activities by working with staff from relevant departments, branch offices, sub-branch offices for ESG-related or Client Protection- related activities.
  • Prepare ESG and client protection report quarterly for the BOD and annually the Bank’s annual report, or another related reports required by competent authorities.
  • Other tasks assigned by Head, Company Secretariat.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least University Degree preferred in environmental science, business sustainability, finance, etc.
  • Experience in social enterprises, client protections and ESG with International NGOs or financial sectors will be helpful.
  • Strong inter-personal skills for communication within the bank is essential.
  • A resourceful and fairly strong/driven personality is needed to establish a new management function within the bank.

  • Be available to travel in rural areas.
 
 

Product Designer (3 Positions)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Digital Banking Department.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations within the digital banking landscape.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, developers, marketers) to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences, ensuring smooth and intuitive workflows for all digital banking products.
  • Develop design systems and branding guidelines for consistent presentation across platforms.
  • Test and iterate on designs through user testing and data analysis to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Proactively advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in fintech and digital banking.
  • Develop and present compelling communication materials to stakeholders and colleagues.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong focus on digital banking or financial services (a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and launching digital products.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong UI/UX design skills, with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable design solutions.

Product Owner (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: Digital Banking Department.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Communicate the vision and collaborate with all related departments: digital technical teams, IT team, Card team, business team to drive development and plan on execution.
  • Develop product detail; project requirements/ use cases/ user stories for clarity of development scope.
  • Enforce Scrum development framework across the development team.
  • Plan feature releases and manage effective launch to market.
  • Ensure feature release is of quality and on schedule.
  • Conduct training to other departments including but not limited to Product Sales and Contact Center.
  • Document and maintain effective product backlog and related documentation.
  • Collaborate in R&D activities and the creation of proof of concept of all new initiatives.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least 3 years of digital related project management experiences.
  • Good understanding of Scrum development framework and other Agile methodologies.
  • Understands how to effectively lead a team and manage product backlogs as well as release planning.
  • Quality-oriented mindset, attention to details.
  • Confident in making and justifying decisions, but flexible enough to change direction based on user feedback, stakeholder needs, and designer/ developer input.
  • Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationship.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a high-energy and proactive style.
  • Knowledge/experience from the financial, banking, and/or insurance industry is a plus.
 
 

Senior Officer, Business Analyst (1 Position)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: IT Project Management Department.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end technical ownership of digital journey implementation, solution development, and life cycle support
  • Analyze, be prioritize, and communicate technical requirement for insurance solutions
  • Coordinate with main technology partners to implement new feature and solutions against tight development timelines
  • Represent technical solution towards our distribution partner on an operational level
  • Accompany partner onboarding processes from a technical perspective
  • Work with implementation partners to design software solutions integrated into overall software landscape
  • Support insurance solution to shape solution development roadmap

Senior Specialist, Software Development (3 Positions)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: IT Application Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Write high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code
  • Implement low to medium complexity system enhancement to meet business requirements following best practices and IT compliance policies
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned teams providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed
  • Write clear, readable, and maintainable code. Take ownership of the quality and usability of code

  • Cooperate well with developer team to develop and maintain websites and web applications
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of websites and web applications
  • Provide support and training to junior developers
  • Practice writing clean and maintainable codes according to best practices
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to lower supervision
  • Work with the application development team in delivering the project and deliverable within time and good quality

Officer, Analyst, Cyber Security (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Department/ Branch: IT Security Department.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Review all activity security alert and analyst on endpoint detection and response tool.
  • Review, analyst, and to fix vulnerabilities on security assessment to make sure that systems running smoothly.
  • To monitor; review, and to recommend security on IT Infrastructure (Firewall, network, servers, application, computers, network devices: Hardware, software, Operating Systems, virtualization, LAN/WAN, ...) or Security information and event management system
  • To monitor log files, access to database, intrusion prevention and intrusion detection system and other network activity.
  • To monitor, review, implement, and to analyst all security systems to make our systems have compliance security by preventive error happen.
  • Check and monitoring all system configurations comply with IT Security standards
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of IT security projects
  • Provide security advice and technical subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct IT induction or IT security awareness training

  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
  • Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them
  • Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact
  • Certified on any certifications related to the skill would be advantage.
