General Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Lead Business and Operations of the Hospital, Responsible for Operations and Administration of about 111 bedded.
- Planning, organizing and managing all medical services of the hospital.
- Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services.
- Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue.
- Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization.
- To ensure 100% compliance with statutory, statistical and annual reports.
- Responsible for maintaining and implementing Patient Feedback Process and conduct regular patient feedback analysis.
- Develops and implements policies, procedures and best practices in the administration of hospital with reference to corporate services, medical insurance, material management, pharmacy management, facility management.
- Oversees all training and continuing education for staff.
- Reports to the owner in the day to day activities.
- Liaises with departments for smooth running of the facility.
- To oversee facility management in coordination with Facility manager (clinical areas and operations).
- Monitors the training and development of team, and administering disciplinary actions as needed.
- Creates and implements a best practice program, maintaining a consistent level of quality of care offered to patients’ Regular meetings with Assistant.
- Administrator, non-medical Administrator and Nursing superintendent through whom carries out regular day to day management.
- Ensures that the process needed for the quality management system are implemented and maintained in the hospital.
- Monitors quality assurance programs and mock drills concerned with the safety and other quality control initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the organization's commercial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and growth areas.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales team, setting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and processes to optimize sales performance. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years in managing hospital, supervision and program management.

Chief Commercial Officer

Head of HR
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Managing HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, staff payroll and benefits, employment law and compliance, and employee relationship.
- Coordination of staff capacity building and managing annual training need assessment.
- Providing new staff training on updated policy and Memos and rules to ensure the effectiveness of the operation.
- Managing annual staff performance appraisal through KPI tool, making adjustments and recommendations to improve the current HR system to support the company mission.
- Supporting industrial relations and suggesting solutions to employee disputes.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees in the hospital.
- Experiences in managing HR department for at least 3 years.
- Experience in working with the public health sector would be preferred.
- Experience as a trainer would be preferred.
- Strong Communication and organizational skills.
- Proven expertise in solving problems.
- Knowledge of Computers to perform necessary tasks with common office and HR program.
Medical Director
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Lead, support, and maintain the operational and clinical care teams, hiring, training, and coaching them to meet goals, and solving problems as they arise
- Manage the overall operations
- Recruiting and managing physicians, nurses, paramedics and other medical and non-medical staff
- Examining and coordinating the facility’s activities to guarantee medical quality
- Assisting with training, continuing education and promotion of subordinate staff
- Establish medical protocols
- Fully understand the internal processes of all departments
- Participate in the recruitment of new physicians and other medical staff
- Stay up to date on medical trends
- Identifying health trends and introducing new treatments
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Proven work experience as a Medical Director or similar role
- A license and certification to practice medicine
- Eight or Ten year experience in hospital administration
- Great communication and people skills

Director of Nursing
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
- Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel
- Overseeing hiring and development of nursing staff
- Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
- Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit
- Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
- Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Guide staffing procedures
- Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
- Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures
- Promoting the mission of the facility
- Developing monthly work-plan/schedule for Nurse Department in consultation management team and Nurses Team leaders/mangers.
- Providing technical feedback to improve existing system to ensure high nurse team performance
- Monitoring on staff uniform, hygiene and attendance.
