Kent Ridge International School (KIS) was established with the aim of becoming a school of scholars by nurturing young generation to be potential human resources which are full of knowledge and uphold integrity. Our school provides educational services from kindergarten to Grade 12, and our programs consist of Singapore curriculum aligned with the latest Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore syllabus and Cambodian curriculum recognized by the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, Cambodia. International Kindergarten Teacher

Position Summary

The position is for Native Female Candidate Only

Working Hour : 7:30 am – 4:30 pm from Monday – Friday

Salary : Negotiable, competitive salary package and holiday

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Deliver student-centered, engaging, and motivating lessons.
  • Create positive environment that drives quality teaching and learning.
  • Create lesson plan.
  • Make use of different materials and creative teaching techniques to make learning fun and interactive for children.
  • Prepare students’ formal assessment 4 times/academic year
  • Engage students in interactive and practical classroom and outdoor activities which are beneficial to their growth.
  • Monitor and report student progress consistently and up to date.
  • Engage with parents in their children’s education and wellbeing.
  • Take active part in the on-going school development process.
  • Promote safety and well-being of all students.
  • Participate in a variety of meetings and professional development activities.
  • Conduct Parent-Teacher Meeting.
  • Conduct new student’s enrollment interview when needed.
  • Ensure teaching materials are well prepared.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent/teaching license.
  • Have at least 2-year teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • Have a genuine care, concern, and interest for children and their academic growth.
  • Able to create an interactive, student-centered learning environment in physical/virtual classrooms.
  • Have experience working in international school in Cambodia is an advantage.
  • Strong moral values and discipline.
 
 

Teacher Assistants

Position Summary

This position is for Kindergarten Program; Female Only

Working Hour : 7:30 am – 5:30 pm from Monday – Friday

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers with the organization of classroom activities.
  • Take care of students’ wellbeing and safety.
  • Assist teachers with material preparation for classroom.
  • Look after students’ behavior and hygiene to ensure a comfortable and safe learning environment.
  • Execute tasks assigned by subject teachers and the management team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Female Only
  • Hold a minimum of high school certificate.
  • Have at least 1 year experience in teaching-related position.
  • Be able to write and speak in both Khmer and English.
  • Be friendly and good with handling children.
  • Be hardworking, patient, and responsible with the tasks assigned.
  • Experience working with international school is an advantage.
 
 

Front Office Manager

Position Summary

Working Hour :

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly enrollment target.
  • Manage team and liaise across the departments to keep updated on the current market trend.
  • Conduct market research on enrollment-related matters.
  • Initiate and carry out marketing campaign to boost enrollment.
  • Audit and work across the departments to ensure the educational quality delivered to students.
  • Review, verify, and process student applications and related documentation; review, compile, and update information on student credentials required for the school.
  • Research and analyze information as necessary and respond to applicant and/or student concerns regarding admissions and/or transfer credit status, or records and registration matters.
  • Lead team to offer good service to parents in academic and non-academic fields.
  • Engage in positive interactions with students, parents and staff in face-to-face, telephone and email interactions.
  • Identify ways to improve current processes in order to establish more streamlined work practices and improved client service outcomes.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Educational Management or equivalent degree/field.
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in the required responsibilities above. Experience working at the international school is an advantage.
  • Have the ability to analyze and solve problems and to make evaluative judgments.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Possess computer skill in using Word, Power Point, Excel, and other office software.
 
 

IT Support Officer

Position Summary

Working Hour :

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for IT administration, computer set up and repair/maintenance and networking within the school campus and staff working from home (if needed).
  • Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works.
  • Maintain Computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printer, Finger print, Network Devices and Utilities including virus cleaning.
  • Handle maintenance of company system.
  • Responsible for network devices configuration within security methods.
  • Provide smoothly communication across departments in the organization.
  • Assist other technical tasks assigned by supervisor or management team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Hold bachelor degree of IT or any equivalent degrees/experiences.
  • Experience working with international school is an advantage.
  • Knowledge on design is an advantage.
  • Be able to use written and spoken English and Khmer.
  • Uphold integrity and professionalism in work.
  • Fast learner, be resilient and willing to learn.
 
 

Assistant Accountant

Position Summary

Working Hour :

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify material request forms from all departments within the school
  • Manage materials stock in and stock out effectively
  • Assist accountant in sourcing for efficient procurement
  • Assist accountant in preparing finance department related documents
  • Maintain up to date record of stock and sale materials at school
  • Assist accountant and management team for any assigned tasks
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Be proficient in excel, power point, Microsoft word
  • Be good at number and possess good sound judgement
  • Be honest and resilient
  • Can communicate in English and Khmer both in writing and speaking
