Manager, Technology Risk (IT Audit)
The opportunity
As a Manager within the IT internal audit team, you will provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues.
You will work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the engagement.
Ideally, you’ll also have
CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT certification

- The opening IT Audit Manager position are expected to take below responsibilities:
- Brief the engagement team on the client's IT environment and industry IT trends Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing and deliverables
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations
- Use extensive knowledge of the client's business/industry to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
- Use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients
- A recognized university degree in accounting, business, information technology, or other relevant discipline
- At least 6 years of related working experience
- A minimum of 4 years working as an IT auditor or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Significant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least five of the following areas:
- IT general controls review Infrastructure review
- Application controls review Cybersecurity review
- ERP security and control reviews (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft)
- Experience performing business process audits with the aid of analytics (usage of ACL, IDEA, SQL, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI etc)
- Business continuity review IT governance review
- IT risk assessment and IT audit planning Project management skills

- The opening Technology Risk Senior position are expected to take below responsibilities:
- Assist seniors & executives in performing Technology Risk fieldwork at the leading companies in Cambodia, in business development activities upon request.
- Evaluate the company’s technology universe from a technical and business perspective, execute in-depth assessments of the IT processes, risks and controls through interviews, desktop analysis and system inspection.
- Review the setup of complex systems and technology governance frameworks in line with industry leading practices (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO,…).
- Contribute in providing our clients with EY supported insights and pragmatic recommendations to further improve business performance, operational efficiency and risk management.
- Be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, motivating teams, coaching people and reporting directly to the executive level.
- Develop strong client relationships and potentially identify new business opportunities, while assisting in further development of our technology risk competencies and offerings.
- Practice security review for the most updated IT infrastructures and technologies.
- Analyze gathered information and evaluate processes and control in-place for related areas.
- Handle data extraction, transformation, and analysis task on Technology Risk project.
- Your capabilities are suitable and appreciate:
- Degree or equivalent certification, in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Finance.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in areas of IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, BCM, IT process and control review, Data Protection and Privacy. Technology Risk and prior experience in project planning and management will be a plus.
- Fluent language skills in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficient with at least one of the following tools Microsoft Excel, SQL, ACL or Alteryx.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO27001, CRISC, CGEIT and/or CDPSE will be highly considered
Legal Counsel and Risk Management Officer

- Legal Counsel – General Counsel Office (GCO)
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts;

- Assist Indochina RM team to formalise/ perform RM compliance program/RM audit. Assist Indochina RM team on RM daily tasks (conduct compliance & risk assessments; monitor compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, compliance reviews, and generate relevant documents/reports).
- Deliver training and learning to raise awareness of risk management and compliance programs and tools.
- Analyse and determine our key risks under the Enterprise Risk Management model, in line with EY Global guidelines, and develop relevant recommendations and solutions to mitigate areas of risks.
- Provide advice and respond to queries on RM topics.
- Support Indochina RM team with other ad hoc risk management activities.
- Cambodia bachelor’s degree in law
- At least 3 years of experience in in house office or law firm (preference) Good command of English, especially in writing and reading
