Scope of job:

- Lead in formulating or updating teaching calendar or Schedule and monitor to ensure the teaching schedule is running effectively
- Monitor, observe and do spot-check to ensure that all teachers are teaching with lesson plan/notes, appropriate pedagogic teaching materials, equipment and friendly teaching methodologies; recomend teachers for improvement
- Analyse score or result of exam, score for each learning outcome and physical growth of each kids, and work with Pedagogy Coordinators/vice principal of Education/Principal of Education to find ways to improve each learning outcome
- Support and manage teachers to ensure the academic activities and all exams are carried out smoothly
- Lead in initiating any extra curricular or leanring activities to promote on-going self-learning and improving learning outcomes
- Provide leadership and management to ensure a competent team of WJCS
- Demonstrate and model as positive leadership to staff to promote professional ethics and discipline.
- Support all staff to ensure good performance management incluidng setting SMART objectives, on-going coaching, appraisal, creating room for ongoing growth and learning and supportive motivational and personal development follow School policies and templates
- Work with HR team to ensure recruitment are timely done
- Evaluate, review and update the Job Description as needed to promote effective functionality of the team
- Ensure all policies and procedures of WJCS are clearly communicated to the staff and effetive application
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with all head of school, staff and student’s parent to ensure student recruitment and enrollement are graduatly growth and done.
- Lead and organize the on-going team meeting to reflect, learn and find ways for improvement of school implementation.
- Ensure effective management of administration, school facilities, property and resources
- Support School Administrative Office to ensure well-functioning of administrative, financial management, procurement, stock control/inventories in compliance with WJCS’s policies and procedures.
- Manage and ensure the safe maintenance and security operation for all classroom and school buildings, equipment and furniture in kindergarten Level.
- Ensure all administrative records and reports for related government’s department and authorities are timely submitted and appropriately maintained.
- Ensure quality of annual planning, implementation of plan and reporting
- Lead and facilitate the kindergarten team to develop annual plan of kindergarten school that contributes to WJCS’s annual plan and objectives.
- Monitor the implementation to ensure the progress and achievements are completed according to WJCS’s annual plan and objectives.
- Meet with WJCS Principal in every two weeks to update progresses, challenges and recommendations for improvement of school’s operations.
- Prepare annual budget, annual need assessment and recommended workforce planning and ensure annual plan and budget plan are timely submitted to WJCS’s Principal.
- Monitor and control budget expense according to the accounting report to ensure over/under spending is effectively managed.
- Produce semi & annual reports of the kindergarten with high quality and timely submission.
- Ensure good disciplines of kids
- Support teacher and assistant to teacher to ensure the strictly application of School rules and disciplines for all kids.
- Provide support and capacity building opportunities for teacher to ensure he/she is able to provide effective human education and counselling to kids.

- Bachelor’s degree of education or Business Administration, master’s degree is preference.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing the team, managing the school is an advantage.
