Account Receivable

Position Summary

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

The Account Receivable typically possesses an educational background in Accounting, Finance and Banking, or any related field. She/he must have experience in accounting tasks and duties for at least 3 years. Level of English speaking and Native speaker level Khmer language, strong service orientation, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Accounting Manager. He/She is accountable for the tasks assigned by the accounting manager in the accounting field. Honesty, transparency and accountability are of highest priority and all accounting department staff will follow these principles under guidance, training and control of the Accounting Manager.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Follow up unpaid and weekly report of unpaid students to AR Supervisor.
  • Cash collection from each cashier counter every evening and report to FM and AM
  • Keep daily cash collection in secure location, make sure the key and combination are locked properly.
  • Cash deposit in banks randemply in 3 banks in the next working day.
  • Reconcile cash collection in Conical Hat system and submit to DAM and AM
  • Control emergency cash, daily count and keep track of cash balance
  • Follow up unpaid students with AR assistants.
  • Issue monthly invoices to students.
  • Issue First letter and second letter to parents.
  • Double check discount file report from Sambath.
  • Identify any reasons for non-payment and develop plans with AR team on how to resolve and keep out outstanding payment as minimum as possible.
  • Keep update all relevant documents to send to parents/students if necessary.

Academic Assistant

Position Summary

This position is for International Faculty.

Prerequisites

The Academic Assistant typically has an educational background in Education or any related field and experience in administrative tasks and duties. Native speaker level of English language and very good MS Office / Google Workspace skills are imperative.

Relationships

The Academic Assistant acts as the clerical support of the Academic Head only. All tasks taken over by the Assistant need to be approved by the Academic Head. However, the Assistant has to contribute actively to a constructive and collaborative relationship with all academic staff and in particular with the school level coordinators. The Assistant reports directly to the Academic Head and receives support by interns employed in the academic office.

Administration

The Assistant is responsible for maintaining a well organized and efficient administrative system within the International Faculty. Filing and archiving documents, writing any kind of internal and external correspondence or documents, as well as assisting the Academic Head in all clerical work are the main aspects of his/her daily administrative tasks and duties.

Reports to: Head of School Level

Responsible for: Provide assistance to the Head of School Level by performing a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical activities.

Procurement Assistant

Procurement Assistant processes purchasing transactions for equipment, materials, supplies, capital goods, and services.

  • Assist in preparation for new school year with school supplies, uniforms
  • Control quantity resources and materials in stock
  • Prepare purchase order and contracts with suppliers
  • Follow-up and track progress of production and orders
  • Receive, count, check quality, label and pack uniforms, materials and resources
  • Manage proper storage and get team ready to distribute
  • Assist all procurement activities relating to requests, quotation, price comparison and recommendation
  • Ensure complete and accurate attachment of receipt or supporting document with requests
  • Follow up on discrepancies with the invoices
  • Identify available suppliers for all requested items
  • Organize and maintain procurement tracking system to keep all departments informed of the status of their requests

Teaching Assistant

Prerequisites

The Teaching Assistant typically has a background in Education or any related field. Has good English communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally they will have previous experience of working with young students and a genuine interest in supporting students to succeed.

Relationships

The Teaching Assistant acts as a support to the Teacher and Students in the classroom. They report directly to the Homeroom Teacher and receive support, guidance and training from the homeroom teacher and academic team.

Position Summary

Prerequisites

The Nurse holds a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in nursing.

Relationships

The Nurse is responsible for addressing referrals, reports to and is supervised by the School Principal. He/She works closely with all teachers, and his/her team to ensure the health and wellness needs of all students are being met.

Purpose

The post holder’s principal accountability will be to:

  • Implementation of intentional practice through all aspects of the student experience from referral and entry, personal planning to student transition or exit in alignment with CIA PP International School framework, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Ensure that the needs of all students are met and that they are supported to make good progress academically, behaviorally and socially.
  • Support and advise the parents of students with health/wellness needs.

Position Summary

The Admissions Officer must have a knowledge of Kindergarten through Grade 12 education. They should have a good knowledge of the Cambodian National Curriculum as well as International Curriculums. They must have an understanding of the admissions, marketing and recruitment processes and the importance of the role in contributing to the successful recruitment of students through accurate and effective communication.

Fluent Chinese speaker required.

  • The Front Desk Officer typically possesses an educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and PR or any related field. She/he must have experience in administrative tasks and duties for at least 2 years. Native speaker level of English and Khmer language, strong service orientation, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Front Desk Officer.

Relationships

  • The Front Desk Officer acts as the connection point among parents to department and department to department. The employee reports on daily bases to the S.A.M, disseminates information to and creates a constructive and collaborative relationship with all office staff, parents, students and externality.
