Senior Accounting Officer (1 Position)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Officer to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
- Supervises accounting staff in day the to day operations including accounting account payable, accounts receivable, revenue and asset accounting including reconciliations.
- Ensure company documents are kept in a proper manner
- Review all transaction are supported sufficiently and appropriately by related documentations.
- Review monthly bank reconciliation statement for all bank accounts (daily & monthly) are up to the date & correctly on time.
- Review & Verify on Loan repayment, Loan disbursement to ensure follow the company`s policy, or guidance.
- Review accounting transaction to record in accounting system is corrected and on time.
- Insist preparing monthly & yearly tax declaration
- Handle monthly report to MEF and other related parties on time.
- Assist line manager to implement procedure, process and internal control.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
- Assist admin work for any require.
- Another Task assigned by Manager
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance require
- At least 2-3 years of experience Accountant, AR AP, etc.
- Knowledge to tax, QuickBooks, etc.
- Good communication in both Khmer & English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, etc.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills

Accounting Officer (2 Positions)
We are looking for an organized accounting officer to manage the financial bookkeeping of our business. The responsibilities of an accounting officer include analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements.
- Ensure company documents kept a proper manner
- Ensure transactions recorded accurately timely correct accounting period
- Assist tax in preparing monthly annual tax declaration
- Review posting Cash Collection Payment into Accounting System
- Create Asset coding asset acquisition into accounting System
- Control ensure transaction supported sufficiently such AR & AP, Cash& Bank
- Reconcile monthly Bank cash
- Reconciliation Late charge interest income, Monthly income.
- Prepare supplier payment and ABA transfer.
- Control Review general ledger system
- Assist monthly & yearly account closing Accounting Manager
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
- University graduate major Accounting Finance
- At least 1 of experience Accountant, AR AP, etc
- Knowledge to tax, QuickBooks, etc
- Good communication in both Khmer & English
- Knowledge to Ms. Word, Excel, etc

HR and Admin Officer (1 Position)
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
- Assists recruitment and selection process be preparing job announcement and collect CV for further interview and selection process,
- Publish and remove job ads
- Manage Employee Personnel Movement (In and Out Staff’s)
- Manage the employment offer letter, employment contract, salary adjustment/promotion, resignation and termination
- Handle payroll processing, wage/salary administration, commission, bonus, fringe benefits, NSSF and etc.,
- Follow up daily attendance from all department and update daily attendance report,
- Able to work on processing Documents under different Ministries in Cambodia
- Manage the administrative tasks related including documentation, reports and filling of HR and related documents
- Monitoring of office stationaries and furniture
- Monitor and Control Staff (soft drink, snack, office party)
- Issuing Company ID to new employees
- Perform another task assigned by manager
- Ensure company documents kept a proper manner
- Manage sites, buildings and maintenance and repair
- Manage water and electricity of internal usages, telephone, internet,
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in human resource and administrative systems management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven knowledge and understanding of human resource function an advantage

- Computer Skills (Microsoft Offices – Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Research and Emails)
