- Identify, plan, support and follow up with students and family in need
- Respond immediately and provide support to ensure children are safe from any types of abuse
- Work with the classroom teachers to establish learning support strategies for students as required
- Conduct home visits
- Provide counselling to families and children you work with
- Coordinate with school leadership to make sure case management is running well for individual student and families
- Collaborate with Front Office to ensure children are attending schools
