Manager, Premier Banking (1 Position)

Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The job holder is responsible for leading the high net-worth segmentation. S/he ensures the business is growing in line with business needs and achieves the highest target possible.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Establish business strategy for attracting high net-worth customers;
  • Execute customer acquisition strategy to grow large number of profitable customers bases;
  • Work with Product Development and Marketing Department to build value proposition of Premier Banking from time to time;
  • Acquire & maintain an attractive portfolio of Premier customers;
  • Manage premier customer relationship to increase share of wallet;
  • Provide financial planning advice to Premier customers;
  • Run Premier campaign/activities to increase membership & sales;
  • Work towards achieving target set by CBO;
  • Provide 1-stop financial advice to Premier customers;
  • Staff coaching.

Relationship Manager ,Retail Lending (10 Positions)

Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The job holder is responsible for acquiring retail borrowers to the Bank and achieving the retail lending sales target. S/he must have a good understanding of banking products and service in order to sell them to customer.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Acquire new-to-bank borrowing customers and cross-selling other products for the retail banking segment;
  • Grow retail loan customer base through proactive sales and service;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building;
  • Grow retail loan portfolio and fee income base through building strong and meaningful relationships with prospects and clients and networking;
  • Engage prospects and clients with mindset of developing and growing with clients;
  • Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking and wealth management solutions;
  • Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence;
  • Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction;

Assistant Manager, Card Management System (1 Position)

Position Summary

Reporting Line: Manager, Card Management System

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • Manage and monitor all ATM, POS, Perso System, SMS / Email Gateway, HSM, Card Management System, Switch and its related system components to ensure uninterrupted operations of all aspects of banking. Provides daily supervision and direction to service desk staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users
  • Working closely with business users, IT helpdesk and other IT stakeholders to examine day to day issues raised by business users and provide consultancy in resolving them. Also act as a most important second level support for troubleshooting application related issues
  • Work with relevant department in analyzing user requirements and liaise with relevant vendors in providing appropriate solutions. Multiple vendor management and negotiations on enhancements are carried out very frequently
  • A key player role in supporting front office users promptly on application solutions
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install, Manage, Maintain and support Card Management System, Switch including its related components such as ATM, POS, mPOS, NAC, HSM, Embossing printer and Perso-System
  • Issues and support handling with end user and support stakeholders
  • Manage system bugs, changes or enhancement related all card schemes such Visa, MC and UPI, CSS
  • System Capacity Planning
  • To coordinate with vendors to get latest update of User Manual and to create or update Internal IT Operational Manual
  • Coordinate with IT team to conduct system security hardening, system penetration test, version or patch management upgrade and planning
  • Identify and ensure all key components related to card management system are always available and backup
  • Provide high quality, support services on related applications
  • Ensure and maintain accuracy of bank’s financial data
  • Identify and recommend appropriate IT solutions to improve internal processes
  • Understand with database management SQL / PL SQL .
  • Understand ISO8583 and API message specification for third party integration
  • Assist Project Manager in implementation for a successful deliver of projects
  • Provide guidance to business users for technical related
  • Daily routine jobs (system healthy check and reporting)
  • Quarterly system preventive maintenance, user and role profile review
  • Attend weekly/ Monthly IT Meeting and ITC when necessary
  • Attend Disaster Recovery Exercise

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Information Technology or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of E-Banking / Business application support debit/credit card issuing and acquiring, Card Perso System, Embossing Printer
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex business application issues and create new products and business applications
  • Good knowledge and experience in managing Card Management System, Internet and mobile banking and projects implementation
  • Good knowledge and experience in managing ATM, POS, NAC, HSM and Embossing
  • Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft, Linux and Oracle Solaris Operating System platform
  • Good knowledge and experience in Oracle Database, SQL and MySQL
  • Good knowledge and experience in Apache Tomcat, Oracle Weblogic and IIS

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Attend to counter operations and resolve problems when necessary.
  • Attend to and perform all banking transactions for customers.
  • Promote and cross-selling banking products.
  • Attend to customers personally where necessary and provide feedback on customers’ needs and complaints.
  • Assist in ensuring efficient counter services operations.
  • Performing daily physical cash balancing.
  • Ensuring all cash registers and records are properly kept/written-up.
  • Serve customers by exchanging, receiving and paying out cash at counter.
  • Attend to opening/closing of accounts and ensure documentation is in order
  • Prepare the necessary daily and monthly reports.
  • Achieve and proactively referrals to PFC for A/C opening.
  • Adhere to all the time with cash security/control/accuracy.
  • Other task/project as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Business related disciplines.

Senior Officer , Core Banking System (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Senior Officer Core Banking System

Is required to create, test, respond and manage Core Banking System requests from various operational units related to system functions, system issues and user issue in order to ensure system functions properly and smoothly based on business product requirement and align with IT Policy & Procedure.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for all system users.
  • Operate and administrate the core banking system to support bank daily operation and business unit requirement.
  • Perform routine system check and monitoring to ensure its high availability for service provision.
  • Perform planned and unplanned system maintenance including system performance optimizing, bug fix, applying patch, environment creation and setup, conducting test, etc.
  • Address all system issues and user change request.
  • Implement changes as per business needs.
  • Review system user access and security.
  • Support UAT team during testing and fix the issues internally or by escalating to Temenos Support
  • Develop customizations and interfaces in the Core Banking System
  • Execute other duties and projects reasonably required.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or any related field;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in core banking system;
  • Strong technical experiences in core banking system support and maintenance including patching, integration, issues, and bugs handling;
  • Knowledge of banking software development methodologies and tools;
  • Knowledge/experience in Temenos T24 and MS SQL Server would be an advantage;
  • Problem-solving, managerial, and analytical skills; good social and communication skills;
  • Good command in verbal and written of English.
