Khmer Organic Cooperative (KoC) is a social responsibility enterprise established in 2014 by working along the whole agriculture supply chains from the farm gate to the market place. KoC provides the best options for all consumers by bringing a real quality of local food and fresh produces. KoC implement Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR) by working with farming cooperatives and agricultural associations for better income and health to farmers.

Announcement Positions

Marketing Analyst

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Understand business objectives and design market research mythologies and questionnaires
  • Market analyses relate to demand, supply, consumer’s behavior and competitor’s strategy
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities and threat
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Advise management on new innovations in the area of market research
  • Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
  • Working with relate
  • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor of business of marketing or relate fields
  • 2 years’ experiences in market research, sale and marketing etc.
  • Proven Market Research Analysis experience
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
 
 

Project Horticulture Development Specialist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Support vegetable productivity relate to training and follow up implementation
  • Perform as quality assurance to set up ICS management and review on recording
  • Coordinate with certification body and internal team for product certification
  • Keep closely monitor on project management and control
  • Build and maintain effective network with local government agencies, private sectors, NGOs, other development partners.
  • Prepare monthly report and other reports as request from partners
  • Other tasks request by project manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor or Master of Agronomist or Agri business
  • 3 years’ experiences in Agriculture Supply Chain, Agri Business or relate field
  • Experience working with agriculture sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of project management and crop planning
  • High commitment, accountable, integrity, be flexible, responsibility for delivering outcomes, willingness to work as a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving with high quality independent
 
 

Project Business Development Specialist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare and monitor on business plan, production plan and KPI projection
  • Monitor contract farming production, support cropping calendar and product grading
  • Manage supply chain relate with product/price list and coordinate with supply chain team
  • Provide technical assistances to vegetable producer groups and project partner staff.
  • Collaborate with partner to form vegetable producer group
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, follow up work plan, implementation, report development and progress monitoring.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomist, Agri business or higher level
  • 3 years’ experience in Agriculture Supply Chain, Agri Business or relate field
  • Experience working with agriculture sector is an advantage

Graphic Designer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type and aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or equivalent knowledge
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong graphic design, layout & analytical skills
  • Good personal, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, Deadline-oriented
  • Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
 
 

Sale Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop sale plan to aligned with sale strategy/target and overall business strategies.
  • Implement sale targets, sale price​ and keep update sale trend base on seasonal
  • Follow up on the product deliveries, quality of product deliveries
  • Provides/keep sale information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Maintain and keep good relationships with clients.
  • Plan, organize and monitor sale activities to ensure proper and effective results
  • Identify sale opportunities and intelligence to improve product quality and service
  • Maintain effectively communicate to ensure sale target is achieved
  • Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
  • Keep routine report of sale performance and challenges to management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in sale and marketing, Agri business or relate fields
  • 2-year experience in sale executive
  • Experience working with agriculture sector is an advantage
  • Have concept of sale analytical, understanding of sale strategy and business management

Account & Admin Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assisting general admin & accounting tasks
  • Help to process payment request and other documents
  • Office management and accessary stock monitoring
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
  • Be flexible, able to work in the team to meet work condition
  • Follow personal hygiene and be hygiene at working area
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting & finance, or other relate fields
  • 1 year of experience is advance, but not required
  • Good personal, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, Deadline-oriented

  • Any relate experiences is more advance, but not required
