Sales Advisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the products and services (Internet, VoIP, and Solution etc) and look for Potential customers in order to close sales
  • Control and sell prepaid card (iTop and OTL)
  • Commit to meet the sales target and KPI
  • Advise customers on getting service upgrade or how to use best the services bought
  • Describe and explain products and services to customer
  • Prepare quotation for customer
  • Provide sales service to customers
  • Assist during promotional activities: manning road shows and exhibition shows.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Male or Female, age 22-30 years old and above
  • Bachelor Degree of Business, Sales & Marketing, Banking and Finance or related fiel.
  • At least 01 year working experience in sales and marketing, technical sales or any related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sale and marketing
  • Strong team work and friendly
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for sale and willing to work hard
  • Good command of English, if can speak Chinese is plus  Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), internet and e-mail .

Position Summary

Line Manager: Head of Billing & Software Developments

Roles Reporting to Job Holder: Managers and Deputy Managers of Billing & Software Developments

Job Purpose: The position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing operations and for developing and maintaining all software that is required for ISP business operations.

JOB SCOPE

  • Problem solving: Billing operations and system development.
  • Decision Making: to be in line with company’s policies and approval threshold.
  • Staff management: Manage a team of around 15 staff.
  • Financial management: operational budget of the department.
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with all departments related to Billing and Software development. 10%
  • Review with supervise transaction entry and adjustments 10%
  • Work with deputy managers and developers to design algorithms and flowchart. 10%
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs 10%
  • Drive stakeholders to complete documentation relating business requirements and capturing system designing specifications
  • Strategically decide whether we can inherit existing /support legacy code bases –and how we handle our growing levels of software support
  • Facilitate technology and methodology decision making throughout team, including standard of system architecture, reusable code base development, versions of software tools, best practice, source control and deployment processes
  • Keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies. Manage all development projects, development team and report on status of development, quality and system performance to top management
  • Make sure that all training and support that team members require is delivered internally or externally. Plan for team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within team
  • Write clean and healthy structured, well documented code. Design and build database schemas with integrity and scalability with data access layers that are optimize for performance and security
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Knowledge and Education:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in IT or related fields.
  • Knowledge of VoIP, Telecom ISP
  • Good at Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5-7 years working experience in field of IT.
  • Experience in Database Administration (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and NoSQL).
  • Experience with Web Server, Web Service and Microserice e.g. Apache, JBOS, REST, SOAP, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Job Skills:
  • Understand concept of programming languages e.g. Java, PHP, Perl, XML, HTML, CSS, XSLT, SQL, JavaScrip
  • Understand Framework/CMS from PHP, Java, and JavaScript e.g. Extjs, jQuery, spring, Code Igniter, CakePHP, Yii, LA ravel…
  • Knowledge of design pattern MVC, MVP, MVVMs
  • Flexible, creative analytic skill and problem solving.
  • Knowledge of modern E-payment technologies

SCOPE OF JOB

  • Planning and organizing: Prepare and organize monthly, quarterly and yearly audit planning.
  • Problem solving: Ensure the findings and recommendations are followed through.
  • Decision Making: Action on frauds, staff disciplinary.
  • Staff management: manage an internal audit team.
  • Financial management: manage the budget for the internal audit department.
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Objectively assess a company’s ISP business processes. Assess the company’s risks and the
  • efficacy of its risk management efforts.
  • Ensure the existence of policy and procedures and they are well implemented.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with relevant laws and statutes.
  • Evaluate internal control and make recommendations on how to improve it.
  • Identify shortfalls or gaps in all processes (operations, financial and technical)
  • Promote ethics and help identify improper conducts.
  • Assure safeguards of company’s resources (finance, assets, property…etc.).
  • Investigate fraud. Communicate the findings to the management and company’s leadership.
