Project Coordinator

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Management Task:
  • Project management task.
  • Supervise and monitoring the site construction work of the Project.
  • Detect and report to management team for all issues of the Project.
  • Flexible to deal with the general issues of the Project.
  • Communicate and coordinate with EDC and Contractor groups.
  • Technical Task:
  • Review the technical documents of the Project such as the specification, the calculation report, design
  • drawings.
  • QA/QC inspection of the construction work. 
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Having a valid driving license type B.
  • Having good commands of English.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on set objectives within timeframe.
  • Experience or Knowledge related Transmission line and substation.
  • Willing to mobilize as required.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Ability to do research in related topic.
  • Female is encouraged.
 
 

Electrical Engineer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Review Technical document.
  • Learn new technical training.
  • Do report.
  • Conduct troubleshooting on MV and HV system.
  • Maintenance and Repair MV and HV system.
  • QA check.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Freshly graduated students are welcome.
  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Enable to work temporary in provinces (not more than 2 weeks)
  • Enable to use Microsoft office is a must.
  • Enable to use any engineering software program is advantageous. 
 
 

Senior MEP Engineer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Facilitate design of electrical facilities, LV, ELV, etc. and establish design documents.
  • Review and comment on shop drawings submitted by the Contractor.
  • Perform day to day inspection on site regular inspection on all equipment and materials.
  • Manage and perform tests on various materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product
  • specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
  • Assist the construction manager to write up reports as required.
  • Coordinate design work with related engineering disciplines.
  • Attend job and construction meetings and participate in the coordination of the work.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree of electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience drafting/designing LV, ELV, HVAC and piping system.
  • Able to use computer aid design software (AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, etc.).
  • Able to work under supervision and independently.
  • Able to maintain quality of drawings up to company standards.
  • Able to work in demanding environment.
  • Be able to communicate in English in speaking and writing.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the recruitment process of all vacancies.
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Work across different departments to execute HR-related work.
  • Work within HR Department to initiate professional development programs for staff and arrange various activities to boost team spirit.
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.

Site Engineer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Construction Site Checking and Doing Report.
  • To identify issue in site and propose any solution. 
  • Providing Civil Method Statement and another necessary document.
  • To manage Quality control, health and safety matters on site.
  • Contribute technical and experiences to the project.
  • Other work required from Site Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least Graduate Associate degree or 3 years of Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Able to use AutoCAD 2D, Sketch Up, Microsoft Project, MS. Office.
  • Strong problem solving, well-organizational and hard-working

Accountant & Finance Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Control income and expenditure.
  • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
  • Generate financial reports and statements the management for review.
  • Prepare monthly and annual tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, reports.
  • Assess research difficult tax issues identify solutions.
  • Ensure company complies regulations by forwarding required information state local authorities.
  • Work with internal auditor and tax authorities.
  • Keep update tax department information new policy.
  • Being the key contact between other departments related financial accounting matters.
  • Ad-Hoc tasks be assigned by Finance Manager and CEO.

Warehouse Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager to learn and oversea operation of all SchneiTec group’s warehouse.
  • Daily report of inventory operation to warehouse manager.
  • Monthly inspect & audit warehouse at province.
  • Inventory weekly audit at warehouse.
  • Goods received & handover with customers.
  • Manage on monthly inventory report and submit to manager.
  • Ensure that operation of warehouse is working well.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
  • Good written & oral communication in English.
  • Able to work with under pressure and complete work within given deadline.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Working hard and responsible person.
