Sales Representative (16 Positions)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Sales & Marketing Department (SMT) based in Head Office and Provinces.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Find out target customers to make an appointment and build good relationships to get trust
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends product, service, and policy changes by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Warehousing Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Warehousing & Logistics Department (WLG) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow all transportation/warehouse Standard Operating Procedures 
  • Responsible for generating Pick List, Delivery Note, and Invoices for each shipment to be delivered to the client
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure that Invoice information is key in the system, error-free, and up to date
  • Coordinate with sales forecast information from the company system and create the efficient transportation plan
  • Monitor and control the company’s trucks data tracking system (pre-alert tracks for maintenance items, such as oil change, tire check, and replacement) to enhance the performance of the trucks in the best condition
  • Make and execute transportation planning regarding delivery needs of the sales department and customer orders
  • Manage outbound orders, including stock transport orders between sites
  • Track and trace of delivery of the cargos with high-level delivery management by GPS system tracking truck movements on the road
  • Responsible and monitoring for all shipments unloading into the warehouse by ensuring all goods are delivered in good condition and handled with care when moving the cargoes into the warehouse for storage
  • Support inventory control activities to include identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies with the company design coding system

Human Resources & Administration Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Human Resources and Administration Department (HRA) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist HRA in recruitment and selection process such as application screening and filing, interview arrangement, and employment contract preparation.
  • Assist HRA in transferring, separation
  • Assist HRA in Learning and Development activities.
  • Assist HRA in Employee Relations and Communication
  • Coordinate with the Relevant Ministries and other agencies
  • Monthly update staff movement and employee's headcount record and report.
  • Prepare letter and translate English to Khmer and Khmer to English
  • Administers documentation and filing system to comply with Company's policy

Personal Driver (2 Positions)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the General Department (GEN) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • On-time and on-call. Responsible for picking-up service on leader’s business trips, meetings, business purposes, entertainment, and other related official business.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance such as checking oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, minor repairs, or arranging repairs as necessary.
  • Checking the validity of various vehicle documents which is put in charge. Bring documents to confirm and complete when the vehicle is on duty.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking to avoid towing.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Following the company safety policy, Traffic law & regulations.
  • Cooperate with other department staff to ensure good workflow
  • Obeying the principle of confidentiality, shall not join the conversation with passengers when working in a car. And shall not divulge what is heard in the car.
  • The vehicle shall be parked at an assigned parking space after off duty. Driving without permission is not allowed.

Warehousing & Logistics Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Warehousing and Logistics Deaprtment (WLG) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide Warehouse/Logistics Supervisors to comply with customers' and vendors' requirements.
  • Continuously identify and train a team of Warehouse/logistics supervisor team to meet customers' demands professionally.
  • Keep continuous improvement (CI) and modernize the facilities
  • Liaise with other HoD to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development and to ensure they are fully informed of customer services objectives, purposes, and achievements.
  • Streamline processes to achieve cost savings and ensure profitability
  • Manage trucking activities for inbound/outbound shipment of the factory, including customs formality clearance.
  • Facility analysis, facility risk management, and backup plan solution.

Assistant Driver (5 Positions)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Warehousing and Logistics Department (WLG) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Accompany company trucks to different locations and conduct delivery duties
  • Assist warehouse in loading and unloading cargo in and out of the warehouse
  • Assist drivers in double check all the related documentation for cargo about to delivery to ensure all the documentation matches with the delivery plan and is ready to pass to clients when delivering the goods
  • Help check the condition of the car by checking car tires, and engines for regular maintenance
  • Always follow the traffic regulation and company policies (strictly no drinking alcohol during work hours, no smoking while driving on the road)
  • Keep the company car tidy and clean at all time
  • Keep close track and record for work process and report to Supervisor for any issues that happen during work hours or during the delivery process
  • Performs warehouse duties as assigned by Superior
  • Assist in keeping the warehouse area and parking area clean and tidy

Finance & Accounting Supervisor (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Finance & Accounting Department (FIN) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Prepare and analyze monthly income statement report and review key variances and expenses
  • Review monthly cash flow report and highlight significant payments, including the purchase of property and intercompany transactions
  • Develop accounting practices for the general ledger for office use
  • Oversee data flow and the process between accounting systems cum sub-systems
  • Maintain and define accounting policies and procedures. Recommend improvement to general accounting activities and also ensure the most efficient and effective operations
  • Rely on judgment and extensive experience to accomplish perform different types of tasks as required
  • Responsible for the whole company’s purchasing orders and making reports into the system for management
  • Forecast and plans on both overseas and local purchasing according to financial needs and reserving in stock
  • Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for requirements of Purchase Order and data entry into the system
  • Handle the whole process of a purchase order from oversea and ensure suppliers are on time to deliver products.
  • Responsible for delivery cost calculation and payment
  • Double-check documents before sending them out when needed.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.

Operation Admin (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Operation Department (OPT) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Operation:
  • Work closely and follow the instruction of the supervisor and complete the assigned work tasks
  • Take care of the handling of the Job Card creating and input in the system (both in progress and completed)
  • Check & adjusting raw materials in the new job card plan list in purpose to save original raw materials by using scrap (second-handed raw materials)
  • Release, print out, and check verified information in Job Card, then send to mixing team to prepare raw materials mixing for productions
  • Double check production output and compare it to the finished job card from the production department to make sure the job card plan and output match the same figure
  • Make consumption for both ROM and production outputs, then record into the system and send to management for verification
  • Prepare a list of job card codes, then send it to the accounting department to adjust the system
  • Handle maintenance and operation reports and keep filling both hard and soft copy in place as needed.
  • Stock & Purchasing:
  • Check and control stock of ROM, scrap & packaging materials and make request order for refill stock of ROM and supply to packaging usage
  • Daily stock checking and updating into the system (warehouse pick)
  • Check stock in the system to make sure that stocks are updated with adjustment
  • Check stock of new ordering and record them into the system (purchase order)
  • Receive and review invoice by checking the price, quantity ordered from suppliers, data entry into the system, then send an invoice to the accounting department
  • Take care of office stationery, record into a noted book, and pass it to the accounting department for tracking records and new purchase orderings
  • Take care of any other tasks assigned by the Operation Supervisor/Manager

  • High school certificate or relevant certificates
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operation management for plastic manufacturing, especially in raw material mixing control and production planning

Quality Assurance (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is attached to the Operation Department (OPT) based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct Quality Check on-site for all the finished products before transporting the product to the storage area or warehouse
  • Check the QC report of the previous shift and continue to make accurate and detailed reports for the responsible shift, then pass the report to the next shift QC team to cross-check the report and continue onward
  • Conduct spot checks on product quality from different production machines by weighing and checking each item's minute, product color, and size. etc. to ensure products are produced under the standard requirements
  • Report to production supervisor/team leader when there is something wrong with the machine or products and keep checking until everything is back on track and normal
  • Responsible for quality testing on products to make sure goods are meeting the expectation of the company and customers' standard requirements
  • Assist production team in clearing scrap and standby with the machine if support is needed
  • Check the tidiness and quality of products packed before transport to the warehouse and customers
  • Other tasks assigned by the Operation Supervisor/Manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • High school certificate or relevant certifications
  • At least 2 – 3 years of experience in QC experience from plastic manufacturing
  • Commitment to work, honesty, and dedication to work hard
  • Good communication skills, positive working attitude, and good team player spirit

  • Able to work flexible working shift hours and always be punctual and if plan to take leave, need to inform supervisor previously with good plans
