F&B Manager (1 Position)

  • Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and schedule programs such as classes, clinics, workshops, open gyms, and community special events.
  • Issue, receive, and oversee the proper care of recreational equipment and facilities, or direct the Recreation Coordinator in doing so.
  • Plan and direct promotion and publicity for programs,.
  • Monitor department's recreation budget.
  • Perform all work in accordance with sound safety practices.
  • Maintain open communications and excellent public relations.

  • Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.

  • Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Online Marketing Supervisor (1 Position)

  • Produce quality videos in a timely manner, based on needs of the department set out by the Director. Build scripts, storyboards, b-roll and other video assets; own responsibility of creative production for each project. Comfortability filming in a surgical environment required.
  • Execute, measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts, and assess against annual campaign goals set by leadership as well as industry standards.
  • Provide insight to leadership on external web presence and assist in goal-setting based on site impressions, click-through rates, traffic, conversions, and online reputation.
  • Responsible for developing all layouts, working with vendors or internal services to publish, print, and distribute materials (ie., brochures; postcards; presentation decks).
  • Manage all of the department’s photography needs: promotional photo shoots, head shots, surgical photo shoots, etc.
  • Owns the creation and distribution of the internal departmental newsletter. Collect story ideas as appropriate for related content.
  • Prepares various reports on social media and YouTube performance and annual media coverage report for the Director.

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
