- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Top management for Project Sales and Area Sales.
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
- Collaborates with marketing manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
- Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
- Providing product quotes as required
- Negotiating contracts with major account
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company product(s)/service(s) while on customer’s site.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Bachelor Degree of Business administration/Marketing or related fields.
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a supervisory position in sales
- Acknowledgeable about kitchen appliance and specifications.

Sub-Dealer Sales Executive

- Provides quarterly results assessments of dealer sales’ productivity,

- Record/input sales, transferring of products, Issue invoice of big orders, take order from dealer,
- Product weekly and monthly report to management.
- Bachelor Degree of Business administration/Marketing or related fields.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in managing dealer sales

Project Sales Executive

- Supervise all direct and indirect project sales
- Handling sales and follow up on key accounts
- Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes
- PR
- Develop and execute a sale strategy targeting direct and indirect project customer groups (Apartments, Condo, Designer, constructors, etc…)
- Updating professionals and consultants with latest products and specs, trying to spec our products into their residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate with other divisions / departments to expand product coverage and limit overlap.
- Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing accounts
- Generate regular sale report
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed
- Other duties as assigned.

- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/ or packaging changes.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Educate and train internal and external groups on product positioning and product specification.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.

- Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience with this position
- Knowledge of home appliance, kitchen appliance and small appliance.
- Knowledge in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight forwarder or warehousing.
- Good command in spoken and written in English
- Good organization, negotiation, time management skills and presentation
- Good communication skill in English
